Eager to take advantage of her sudden relevance, she rushed her young boyfriend to Maui to show some skin for paparazzi. She’s dating 6’2” Calvin Klein model River Viiperi, who’s only 21 and from Spain. He’s probably very obedient.

LINDSAY LOHAN MAY HAVE TRADED ONE BAD HABIT FOR ANOTHER

Lindsay Lohan may be sober but she seems to have replaced her substance abuse with an ANGER problem. She crashed a Ciroc party at Coachella and immediately started a big fuss demanding to get photographers thrown out. The party people WANTED the fotogs to cover the event and refused to evict them. They reminded her “It’s not YOUR party!” Lindsay got into such a nasty argument with paparazzi that SHE was asked to leave. Later she returned and apologized but she was still agitated. (Because she was sober?) When Paris Hilton and Brandon Davis came to the door (Remember “firecrotch?“) she told the organizers NOT to let them in. Of course they DID let them in, but Paris and Brandon were very relaxed and made no trouble while Lindsay fumed and fussed and made a big deal out of avoiding them. (Even Lindsay’s companion (assistant?) looked embarrassed.)

DID FORMER IT-GIRL PARIS HILTON THINK HER FAME WOULD LAST FOREVER?

Recently we reminded you that Paris Hilton’s fame has slipped to the level that she had to bring her own photographer to events to take her picture. What we didn’t realize is how distraught she is about that fact. She was recently in Australia for a club opening with her DJ boyfriend Afrojack and she was interviewed on the Australian morning show Sunrise. The correspondent politely asked her “What will you do when you’re not famous any more?” She answered that she’d like to have children and live a normal life. But later she started fuming and obsessing over the not-so-probing question and asked the show not to televise that portion of the interview. They refused, and she retaliated by having Sunrise cameras banned from the red carpet event and ALL future interviews with her. Touchy, touchy…

How far has Paris Hilton’s celebrity clout fallen? There was a time, not long ago, that she was greeted by assembled paparazzi every time she left her house. The antics of Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan nudged her out of the spotlight, and suddenly her photos weren’t worth much. Still, if a photographer bumped into her, he took her picture. Now that paparazzi aren’t trailing her, Paris has to hire a photographer to document her activities. She’s in Miami hanging out with her DJ boyfriend Afrojack, and brings her own photographer to take pics of her dancing.

Paris Hilton has fallen another notch down the list of “it” girls in Hollywood. Kim Kardashian scooped up most of the lucrative personal appearance and spokesperson job offers that Paris used to get. Newcomer Petra Ecclestone, 23, looks like she will replace Paris as “girl most photographed” because Paris is so overexposed. Petra is of interest, first of all because she bought the biggest house in LA – Aaron Spelling’s mansion, and moved here from London. Besides being a billionaire’s daughter, she’s a model and designer and very easy on the eyes. Above, Petra is shopping at Intermix on Robertson.

Paris Hilton is watching her world fall apart. It appears her glory days are behind her. Americans voted her the “least trusted celebrity” and don’t want whatever she’s selling, including her reality show. “The World According to Paris” was cancelled by Oxygen after one season. Paparazzi aren’t waiting outside her house any more. The Kardashians and Jersey Shore people are getting all those lucrative hosting jobs at Las Vegas nightclubs. All those freebies- clothing, jewelry, cars, trips, – just aren’t pouring in like they used to. She wasn’t invited to her former friend Kim Kardashian’s fancy wedding. She’s 30, and Paris hoped to be married by now to a billionaire of some kind, but she doesn’t even have a boyfriend. It might not be a bad idea to go back to school and get an education.

Kim was totally against the idea because she has struggled with alcohol problems of her own and the last thing she wants is to have her daughter boozing it up in Vegas. Paris ignored Kim’s wishes and threw the party anyway, figuring Kim would “get over it.”

Paris Hilton is suing the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas because they haven’t paid her for two personal appearances she made in 2009 at their Rehab poolside nightclub. According to RadarOnline, she says they owe her $100,000 for each appearance, which included a private jet and hotel accommodations and meals for her and 5 friends, plus hair and makeup. It makes you wonder if Paris can STILL pull in such astonishing fees (we’re betting those days are over) or if Kim Kardashian or maybe Snooki, has taken over as number one party girl.

PARIS HILTON TOOK ROBERT REDFORD’S HINT TO GET LOST

On the first day of the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, Robert Redford singled out Paris Hilton and her “ilk” as a destructive force for the event. He admitted the film festival had been “sliding” for the past few years and he blamed the marketeers who took over houses and spaces on Main Street at absurdly inflated rental prices to hand out their swag. He said “You end up with people like Paris Hilton here who have nothing to do with us.” Unfortunately, that year, Paris was already THERE when he made these remarks, and she had tons of empty suitcases ready to be greedily filled up with free stuff. THIS year, for the first time in memory, Paris didn’t embarrass herself by showing up at the 2011 festival and loading up on freebies. Maybe Robert Redford got through to her.
