BLAKE LIVELY: WHAT, ME WORRY?

Blake Lively suddenly feels she’s losing the PR war in her competing lawsuits with her former It Ends With Us costar Justin Baldoni. Blake fired the first shot when she sued Justin claiming a litany of abuses, but he fired back and seemed to quickly produce some evidence that her allegations might not be as true as she is claiming. My source says Blake is OBSESSED with her image, and now fears public sentiment has turned against her so she’s brainstorming for ideas to get good press. Long story short, expect to start seeing a ton of stories about Blake’s purported good deeds, like rescuing a dog, feeding the homeless, rescuing a stranded motorist, etc… as she has her PR people working overtime to change the narrative. She and Ryan surprised everyone when they turned up at the SNL 50th anniversary special. (above)

Understandably, the Los Angeles fires continue to be the biggest story out of Hollywood this week. We just heard this interesting tidbit. The popular online resale site, The Real Real is being overwhelmed with requests from consignors who lost everything in the fires requesting their things back. The site is popular with the wealthy and celebrities and Melissa Rivers is one of their clients who is requesting to have her items returned. My source says the company is overwhelmed with requests from the fire victims since a large percentage of those affected use the site to sell their used clothing.

Carrie Underwood made headlines when it was announced she would be the headliner at Donald Trump’s upcoming inauguration. Carrie, who previously kept her political beliefs close to her vest, didn’t come out and endorse Trump, but she did explain that her reason for performing is to hopefully bring the country together. We just heard that Carrie was by far the first choice of the inaugural committee, but other bigger stars refused to participate. Not only that, but the celebrity guest list of those agreeing to attend is shaping up to be a who’s who of has-beens.

Justin Baldoni made the news once again for suing Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds for $400 million for defamation of character and extortion. We know this. Odds are, this case and Blake’s previously filed case against Justin will never see the light of day inside of a courtroom. These competing lawsuits, stemming from their movie, This Ends with Us, is the LAST thing the studios involved in the production and release (Columbia and Sony) want, so behind closed doors negotiations are beginning. We heard a deal is being floated to have both parties drop their suits and Blake and Justin will walk away with guaranteed movie deals. My source adds that the studios will likely be the ones who put all of this to rest.

Kate Middleton made headlines when she visited the hospital where she received treatment and announced she was in remission. We just heard that the popular Royal is gearing up for her first major TV interview where she will disclose her exact illness and talk about her treatment, prognosis and more. The BBC is finalizing plans to secure the interview with a HUGE donation to Kate’s favorite charities.

Speaking of Royals, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were in the news for visiting the ravished LA areas destroyed by the wildfires. Some people (including blast from the past) Justine Bateman blasted the duo’s visit as nothing more than a photo-op. We just heard that Harry and Meg are also spearheading a fundraiser at their Montecito, California estate with plans to charge attendees $100,000 each for the chance to meet and mingle. The event is being planned now, and already there’s interest among some high moneyed neighbors who have yet to befriend the royals. Meg and Harry are picking up the tab for the staff and catering with 100% of the proceeds going to the fire victims.

Finally, another blast from the past, Sally Struthers, made headlines for going on a podcast and dishing the dirt on Betty White and Norman Lear. Sally took a lot of flak for speaking ill of the dead since they can’t defend themselves, but we just heard the entire thing was to test the waters and see if the public was still interested in what Sally had to say. Apparently they are, so now Sally is shopping around a book deal for her autobiography where she will drop many more secrets about her decades in Hollywood.

BLAKE LIVELY DOESN’T WANT TO GO TO COURT

Behind some very closed doors, Blake Lively is contemplating settling her lawsuit with her former It Ends with Us costar Justin Baldoni. As Justin prepares to counter sue Blake, my source says that the actress fears nothing positive will come of this if it goes to court and that the damage done to her career and reputation might be irreparable. While it’s likely she’d never admit it at this time, my source adds that Blake never imagined her initial lawsuit against Justin would snowball into such a huge public drama. Again, this is all happening in private, but attorneys are huddled to see if there’s a way to put all of this to rest before it gets more out of hand. Long story short, don’t be too surprised if this gets settled privately and never discussed again!

Blake Lively’s lawsuit against her former costar Justin Baldoni was arguably one of the top stories of the week. The duo costarred in the movie, It Ends With Us, and judging from Blake’s lawsuit, filming the movie seemed to be just as unpleasant as the movie’s theme of domestic violence. Here’s what we know. As part of Justin’s defense, he plans on subpoenaing as many of Blake’s former costars as possible, including her Gossip Girl costar turned boyfriend, Penn Badgley. While we are not in ANY way shape or form condoning his alleged behavior toward Blake, we are reporting that Justin hopes that Blake has a history of being difficult to work with, and he plans on proving that in court.

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville made the news for a very unpleasant reason. The reality star posted an unflattering photo of herself on social media, claiming that she was infected with a parasite that was moving around her face. (?) Days later, Brandi made headlines again for posting photos of the Christmas celebration she shared with her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, and his wife LeAnn Rimes. While Brandy‘s social media post hinted at this, here’s what we know. Brandi isn’t in the best financial shape, so LeAnn has offered to pick up the tab for any medical procedures Brandi needs that insurance won’t cover. Although the ex and currents wives of Eddie started off on the wrong foot, through the years they’ve developed a friendship, and that’s why LeAnn is stepping up to the plate to cover the cost of her former love rival’s medical care.

Another week brought us another batch of Sean Diddy Combs lawsuits – once again involving baby oil, drugs, and male libido enhancements. We just heard that Diddy has retained a new set of attorneys, this time not for his criminal defense, but bankruptcy experts! Since the disgraced rapper is being sued for hundreds of millions of dollars – or potentially even billions, he decided from behind bars, he wanted to explore his bankruptcy options. Although nothing has been decided yet, it’s fair to say he’s hemorrhaging money, defending himself against both civil and criminal cases, so that’s why bankruptcy is being considered.

Selena Gomez’s engagement to music maker Benny Blanco continue to be in the news and here’s what we know. Although she’s Catholic, we just heard that Selena is taking classes to convert to Benny’s religion of Judaism and it’s sort of a touchy subject since most members of Selena’s family are practicing Catholics. Nonetheless, Selena has agreed to raise any babies she and Benny have in the Jewish faith.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck made headlines when they were spotted over the holidays exchanging Christmas presents with one another. Although the divorce has not been called off, we just heard that there’s a SLIGHT possibility they might reconcile. It certainly is a long-shot, but behind very closed doors they have been meeting with a marriage counselor to see if their union can be saved.

Kayne West was recently hit with a lawsuit from a former assistant claiming she was sexually assaulted and according to our inside source, the dam is about to break on Kayne. My source reveals that this lawsuit was only the TIP of the iceberg and that numerous more lawsuits are in the works, accusing Kayne of countless misdeeds. As my source explains it, one of the reasons Kayne is moving to Japan is to possibly avoid dealing with the barrage of expected lawsuits. And get this: one of then is from a celebrity who is going to sue as Jane Doe!

Kristin Cavallari made headlines this past week when she revealed on a podcast that her blossoming May/December romance with TikTokker Mark Estes was over. Kristin explained that their age difference was the reason she ended things, but we are hearing that while the relationship might be over, the sex isn’t! Both Mark and Kristin gushed that their sexual chemistry was off the charts and now they are considering a “friends with benefits” arrangement. Kristin broke things up because she feared Mark still had some wild oats to sow, but they both claimed it was the best sex they ever had. I am hearing they’re still hooking up, but very much on the down low.

One of the biggest stories of the week was the Vice-Presidential debate, and although it seemed to be a draw, we did hear this interesting tidbit from our well placed political source. As civility reigned during the debate (since the uncouth Trump wasn’t there) once the mics were off and the debate ended, JD Vance and Tim Walz shared a few private moments. JD assured Tim that if he and Trump won the election, he would do everything to reign in Trump’s personality and offensive rhetoric. While Vance brown-noses Trump in public, in private we are hearing that he still considers him offensive and obnoxious.

A late breaking story this week was Garth Brooks getting sued by his former makeup artist – alleging rape and sexual assault. We just heard that his marriage to Trisha Yearwood has been more of a friendship than a romantic union for the past few years and they sleep in separate beds. My source says that Trisha is nonetheless livid over the lawsuit- especially since HER reputation as a happily married country star in now at stake.

Sean Diddy Combs was in the news gain this week for hiring more attorneys in hopes of getting granted bail. We just heard that if his appeal is denied, he’s going to come out as a BISEXUAL man so that he can be transferred to the gay section of the jail, which is considered FAR less dangerous. Even though he’s in protective custody, my source says that Sean would feel safer and have more privileges being housed with the gays.

The Menendez Brothers made the news for the Netflix series based on their life stories. (they’re the Beverly Hills brothers who were convicted of murdering their parents) We just heard that the LA District Attorney has agreed to review the case with new evidence and that Kim Kardashian has not only been working to help the brothers get a new trial, but she’s been secretly picking up some of the costs including filing fees. Since most of the attorneys are working on the case pro bono, Kim is PAYING for the things that aren’t free. She’s also hired a private investigator to get more proof that the brothers were molested by their dad.

And finally, Hacks star and recent Emmy winner Jean Smart was in the news for hosting the season opener of Saturday Night Live. Not only did she turn in a stellar performance, but we just heard that Jean gifted the SNL cast with mason jars of her famous homemade chili. My source says that Jean loves to cook, and chili is her specialty – she makes it in large batches and freezes it. Each cast member got a handwritten note from Jean along with a jar of the chili. Another reason to like her!

Travis Kelce and his brother Jason made headlines this week with their $100 million podcast deal with Amazon, but we just heard, however, that their payday will substantially INCREASE if they persuade Travis’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, to appear on the show. No surprise there. Taylor’s presence at NFL games last season pulled in tons of new viewers, and the thinking behind the bonus incentive is that Taylor can do the same for the podcast.

Justin Theroux was talked about this week when we heard about his engagement to actress Nicole Bloom. We know this: Before Justin and Nicole announced their engagement, he reached out to his former wife, Jennifer Aniston, and broke the news to her himself. According to my well placed source, Justin and Jen remain good friends even though their marriage didn’t last, and that’s why he gave her the heads up. She is genuinely happy that he’s found someone to share his life with, so don’t fall for the soon-to-be tabloid stories claiming she’s distraught. She’s not!

This week Armie Hammer was all over the news when he revealed he was selling his beloved truck because he couldn’t afford the gas. Loyal readers will remember we were the first to report about his financial struggles. We just heard this interesting update: Now that Armie has a regular car, he’s planning to make some money as an Uber driver! As shocking as that sounds, remember, Armie previously held a job selling timeshares. According to my source, Arnie’s incredibly wealthy family isn’t helping him, so he’s determined to prove to them, and to the world, that he doesn’t need their financial support.

Who is surprised that narcissistic Donald Trump was in the news yet again for more bad behavior? This time Donald made headlines for his inappropriate conduct at Arlington National Cemetery where he turned a solemn moment into a manufactured political stunt. Donald may not be too happy to find out what we just heard. One of the families of the soldiers buried there is gearing up to sue him and his campaign for the unauthorized photography of the grave. That is strictly for prohibited by national law.

In unpleasant news, Dancing With The Stars regular Artem Chigvintsev made headlines when he was arrested and charged with domestic violence and spousal abuse. Not a fun subject to gossip about, but nonetheless here’s what we know. The argument between Artem and his wife (and assumed victim) Nikki Garcia aka Nikki Bella that started the incident was over an infidelity. Our source didn’t know who accused who of cheating, but that was rumored to be what caused the situation to escalate and reportedly get physical.

And finally our gal Kamala Harris made the news for making news! She granted her first interview since becoming the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate to CNN and we just heard this. She’s lining up more sit-downs with other networks, including the conservative FOX News. Expect to see her upcoming interviews after the September presidential debate.

Billy Ray Cyrus’s Achy Breaky Heart broke again this week when he filed for an annulment from his estranged wife, Australian singer Firerose. While the headlines were scandalous -with both sides leveling accusations against one another- I am hearing it’s going to get even messier. Firerose is now trying to get Billy’s estranged daughter Miley and his ex-wife Tish to testify on her behalf about his history of alleged abuse. As my source puts it, the gloves are off and the punches are coming.

Travis Kelce was on the news when he was seen partying hard on Tuesday in Nashville Tennessee, but his trip wasn’t all fun and games. We heard that when he wasn’t living it up, Travis was actually checking out commercial real estate as he and his teammate Patrick Mahomes are eyeing opening a location of 1587 Prime, their Kansas City steakhouse in Nashville. Only this time their business partner will be Travis’ better half Taylor Swift. Their thinking is while there may not be many Kansas City Chief fans in Nashville, there are plenty of Taylor Swift fans there to fill the seats.

Madonna made the news when a lawsuit two concertgoers filed against her was abruptly dismissed on their part. The suit centered around Madonna starting her concert two hours late and claimed fraud. Here’s what we know. Madonna quickly filed an Anti-Slapp lawsuit against the two so that they would be legally responsible for her legal bills if they lost the seemingly frivolous case. Mere moments after the suit was filed, the duo’s case was dropped. Once again, learn your lesson people, don’t mess with Madonna.

Kevin Costner made the news when he spoke fondly about his time on Yellowstone in a cover story in People magazine. Here’s what we know. The reason for Kevin‘s sudden change of heart is because he’s quietly negotiating to rejoin the show for one final season. Kevin’s interview was his way of extending an olive branch, and if a deal can be reached, Kevin will be back on the popular show.

Finally, the big story of the week was Justin Timberlake’s arrest in Sag Harbor, New York for an alleged DUI. We are hearing two things. Justin‘s wife Jessica Biel has been telling friends that Justin seems to be going through a major midlife crisis as he’s no longer a member of one of the worlds most popular boy bands, but now a middle-aged man with wrinkles and thinning hair. From another source though, we are hearing something a little more nefarious. Some music industry insiders are speculating that the whole incident was planned to give Justin an excuse to postpone or cancel his world tour amid sluggish ticket sales. Although Justin’s team has already come out and denied it to TMZ, my sources agree that he will likely do a stint in rehab to repair his tarnished image.

Megan Fox made a surprise appearance at her former fiancé Machine Gun Kelly’s recent 34th birthday party. Many people were surprised because they assumed their relationship was over after they called off their engagement. We know that the couple are still together for now, working on the relationship with therapy sessions a few times a week. Their engagement is still on pause and they’re not technically in a committed relationship, but couple’s counseling is helping them decide whether they should stay together and work toward marriage or go their separate ways.

Blast from the past, Delta Burke, made a surprise appearance on the Glamorous Trash podcast and while she dished the dirt on what happened with her exit from Designing Women , what she didn’t reveal is that CBS is working on a reunion movie, bringing back Delta, Jean Smart and Annie Potts. We know that the tentative script has them reuniting in Atlanta for the funeral of Julia Sugarbaker played by the late Dixie Carter. It’s not a done deal yet, but if the stars align the funny women will be back in Atlanta making us laugh.

Catch and kill has been in the news a lot this week thanks to Donald Trump’s ongoing criminal trial in New York City. Former National Enquirer honcho David Pecker testified how the tabloids make deals to purchase unfavorable stories about certain celebrities and not print them in exchange for cooperation from the celebrity. Our longtime work with the tabloids certainly made us familiar with this concept and while we weren’t there when the Trump agreement was hashed out, we can share this juicy tidbit. Decades ago the Enquirer made a similar deal with Bill Cosby – in exchange for not publishing stories about his wandering eye, Cosby provided the tabloid with exclusive interviews and information for years.

David Beckham made the news twice this week. First when he posted a video to his social media of The Spice Girls reuniting to honor of Victoria Beckham‘s 50th birthday. His second headline was his $18.8 million lawsuit against Mark Wahlberg and his fitness company F 45. Here’s what we know about both stories… Not only did the Spice Girls reunite for Victoria’s birthday, but they’re planning to perform together at next year‘s Grammy awards as they are set to be honored. As for the lawsuit, we’re hearing that it’s going to get ugly unless it gets settled quickly. David is confiding to pals he has some sort of smoking gun, but he’s not revealing exactly what it is!

And finally, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were vacationing in Carmel, California, this week but rest and relaxation weren’t the only reasons they were there. We can tell you this: The couple is looking to put down roots in California outside of Los Angeles, where Taylor already has a home. In addition to the Carmel and nearby Monterey area, they are also considering Santa Barbara. They are looking for a coastal community where they can settle down and raise a family. We heard that was the REAL reason they spent time up there and plan to visit Santa Barbara in the near future as well.

Paula Abdul’s sexual harassment lawsuit against her former coworker and friend, Nigel Lythgoe is making headlines as the two engage in back and forth of he said /she saids. Here’s what we know: The two had a major falling out prior to Paula filing her lawsuit and behind closed doors a settlement conference is already in the works. Our source says this will never go to trial and that it will likely be gone from the news cycle by the summer, since neither wants their dirty laundry aired in public. From what we hear, both sides have enough dirty laundry to open a dry cleaners!

Ben Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner were spotted together at Disneyland without their current significant others to celebrate their son Samuel’s birthday, and it raised a few eyebrows. Here’s the scoop: Ben and wife Jennifer Lopez and Garner and her main squeeze, John Miller, celebrated Samuel’s birthday TOGETHER with dinner and cake at Garner’s house after the Disney outing. Our source says all four adults have developed a friendship and there’s no hard feelings between Affleck and Garner. Ben is pals with John and the two Jennifers have developed a bond. This is co-parenting at its finest.

Nikki Haley suspended her presidential campaign the day after Super Tuesday, but what she did NOT do is endorse her fellow Republican Donald Trump. Here’s why: Nikki deplores Trump’s misogynistic ways and while she’s a fan of most of his policies, she finds him repulsive as a human being (and we use that term loosely). Here’s some inside scoop: Before Nikki caves to pressure and endorses Trump she has a top secret call scheduled with President Joe Biden. Our source says that Biden is prepared to offer Nikki a role in his cabinet, or her former UN position, if she endorses him instead!
