They say a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach so Jennifer Lopez is taking cooking lessons from Jennifer Garner! The two women share something in common besides their first name. Garner was previously married to Lopez’s current husband, Ben Affleck. Although that marriage didn’t work out, they’ve all remained friendly and Garner has had Ben and Jen over for home cooked meals. Since she hosts her “pretend cooking show” online, she knows her way around the kitchen and she’s teaching J.Lo how to make some basics, like meatloaf and homemade pizza. She also grows many of her own herbs and vegetables so she’s sharing her garden bounty as well. Does Ben Affleck know how lucky he is?

Dog Jennifer Garner Lost Reward

JENNIFER GARNER TO THE RESCUE

Add pet detective to Jennifer Garner’s resume. The actress found a lost Yorkshire Terrier wandering around her LA neighborhood recently. The pup was wearing a fancy designer collar and she quickly realized this was no stray. She captured it, dropped it off at a local animal hospital and then called the number on the tag, informing the heartbroken owners where their dog was. The dog belonged to an elderly couple and it had somehow escaped from the backseat of their SUV when the trunk accidentally opened. The couple picked up the pooch and insisted on leaving a reward for the Good Samaritan (since they no idea Jennifer was a celebrity.) When informed who the hero was, the couple still didn’t recognize the name, so they told the vet to let Jen donate the $500 to her favorite charity.

Cooking Jennifer Garner Pretend Cooking Show The Food Network

THE FOOD NETWORK WANTS JENNIFER GARNER

Jennifer Garner might turn a hobby into a side hustle. Jennifer’s filmed nearly 50 of her Pretend Cooking Show which she shares on Instagram and YouTube, and its popularity has sparked interest at the Food Network. Although she’s FAR from a professional chef, Jennifer’s camera presence, charm, and relatable cooking skills (and LACK of, at times) all make for an enjoyable watch. Food Network executives are trying to talk Jen into turning her hobby into an anything BUT pretend show. Jen is a full time mom and a movie star, so she isn’t sure she wants to commit to a series, but she IS considering filming quarterly hour-long specials for the network. Her good friend, Barefoot Contessa Ina Garten is encouraging Jen to pursue the opportunity.

It’s not often that you see a movie star take her child to school almost every day and pick him up after school. But that’s what Jennifer Garner has always done- first with her daughters, Violet and Seraphina, and now with her youngest son, 10 year old Sam. Garner always wanted her kids to have lives as normal as possible. She’s very involved in their schools and delivers them to after school activities herself. When she divorced Ben Affleck in 2015, she remained friends and continues to include him in their children’s lives. Her kids don’t know how lucky they are! Sam looks a lot like his mom, but he had Ben’s chin dimple.

BEN AFFLECK AND BRAD PITT HAVE A LOT IN COMMON

In Ben Affleck’s Howard Stern interview he remarked that while he was married to Jennifer Garner and they had three kids, that he felt trapped and would drink too much and fall asleep on the couch. Long after his divorce from Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt confessed that HE would smoke and drink too much and fall asleep on the couch. Both guys were obviously unhappy and didn’t know what to do about it. We’re betting Brad’s marriage to Angelina Jolie ended in a similar way. The DIFFERENCE between Brad and Ben is that Brad carefully chose his words and never mentioned Aniston in a negative way. By saying he felt “trapped” Ben implied that Garner was the cause and we don’t think he meant to. He has always admired and praised his ex-wife.

Bradley Cooper and his daughter Lea and Jennifer Garner were seen reportedly looking “flirty” on the beach in Malibu today. Many observers assumed it was a possible romance, since both parties are now single. But don’t jump to conclusions. It’s clear from this 2016 photo of Bradley and Jennifer at a fashion show, that they are very fond of each other and enjoy each other’s company. Fact is, they’ve been friends for YEARS – since they costarred on the Alias series from 2001 to 2006. If a romance didn’t develop a long time ago, it probably won’t now…

You can bet that Jennifer Garner has organized a full schedule of daily activities for her kids now that they are isolating at home. Certainly studying is first on the list every day – and it’s done under mom’s watchful eye. After the book work, exercise is a priority. Jennifer and the three kids either jog, walk, or bike ride together every day. In the evening they play games or watch movies together. They don’t see a lot of dad Ben Affleck, who lives close by, and when they do, he keeps his distance. Besides, Ben is quite busy with his new girlfriend Ana de Armas.

We are always astonished at what a loving and caring mother Jennifer Garner seems to be. And she’s a MOVIE STAR, to boot! Regular everyday moms are rarely as attentive to their children- Jennifer walks or drives her three kids to school every day and picks them up after school. When she’s not available, their father Ben Affleck does the job. She also escorts them to and from church every Sunday. These lucky kids must really feel loved. It also illustrates Ben Affleck’s recent comment that his divorce from Jennifer is the biggest regret of his life.

VIOLET AFFLECK IS NO LONGER JENNIFER GARNER’S MINI-ME

We have to give Ben Affleck credit – he manages to show up just about every Sunday to take his kids to church in Brentwood along with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Ben acknowledges that Jennifer makes co-parenting easy and he appreciates her. Meanwhile, their 14 year old daughter Violet looks more like her mother every day. Violet has reached her mother’s 5’8” height and she’s still growing. Of course, Dad is 6’4” so all the kids might be tall. Jennifer says Violet is experimenting with makeup now, and once in awhile she has to tell her daughter to wipe it off before she leaves the house…

BRAD AND ANGELINA SHOULD TAKE A TIP FROM BEN AND JENNIFER

We hope Ben Affleck realizes how lucky he is to have Jennifer Garner for an ex-wife. Despite all his shenanigans that led up to their split, Jennifer has never become bitter or vengeful. They had a very civilized and modern divorce with no conflict over child custody or anything else. Jennifer continues to encourage Ben’s interaction with the kids and she maintains a good relationship with her in-laws. Above, Jennifer picked up her former mother-in-law and her daughter after they finished shopping in Brentwood.
