What the heck is going on at Nobu in Malibu? Brooke Burke walked out after dinner there, looking like THIS. A pulled up turtleneck is no substitute for a mask (according to Dr Fauci) – we wonder if she got away with this inside. At least her boyfriend, real estate developer Scott Rigsby, has a mask in his hand. Brooke, 49, divorced David Charvet in 2018 and has been with Scott through the pandemic. She has four kids with two ex-husbands so this girl has baggage, but luckily she’s super-cute. (Did you know Brooke started out as a Frederick’s of Hollywood catalog model?) Brooke won Season 7 of Dancing with the Stars and they liked her so much that she hung around as a host on the show for years. All she needs now is a real mask…

The new documentary Framing Britney Spears has opened up a whole new discussion about her conservatorship. Britneys father Jamie, while acting as her conservator, controlled every inch of her life – he managed her career, finances, personal life and purchases. At 39, she had to ask his permission to buy an expensive pair of shoes. After earning ALL that money! It all boils down to THE BOYFRIEND – Jamie is very wary of her smoothly handsome boyfriend Sam Asghari, 27. Iranian born Sam is VERY ambitious and advertises his good looks and physical talents lavishly on social media. Compare his posts with Britney’s and you see his level of sophistication. Knowing Britney’s vulnerability when it comes to men (she invited a photographer in to live with her a few years ago, and HE ran her life and was accused of giving her drugs) her father is highly suspicious of Sam’s motives. It’s clear that Jamie doesn’t want Sam running Britney’s life and Sam is not happy. Sam says about Jamie: “I have no respect for anyone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles in our way!” Is Jamie not allowing Britney to MARRY Sam? Looks like Lady Gaga has landed herself a live one this time around. She’s had a lot of boyfriends, but this one has credentials. Michael Polansky was wooing Gaga under the radar with his mask on, for months before anyone figured out who he is. He is quite different from past boyfriends – Michael has no connection to show business. He graduated from Harvard (!) in 2006, where he studied math and computer programming. He’s established himself as a philanthropist and board member for a number of charities. He may not be quite as handsome as Gaga’s ex Taylor Kinney, but he’s a man of substance. Gaga has described him as “the love of my life” and she takes him everywhere – including the Inauguration.

They may not SEEM to be the ideal couple on paper, but they’ve been spending many happy hours in museums together for the past two years…

MISCHA BARTON: HER OWN WORST ENEMY?

Apparently Mischa Barton, 34, was the LAST to know when she was fired from the second season of The Hills: New Beginnings. When the rumor leaked out that Mischa would not be returning to the series, she vehemently denied it, and was embarrassed when it turned out to be TRUE. (Her character’s story line was described as too boring) Around that time she broke up with her boyfriend of 3 years, Australian model James Abercrombie, claiming she “needed to concentrate on her career.” Weeks later she had a NEW boyfriend, photographer Gian Marco Flamini, above. Along came Covid and at least she had someone to isolate with. So much for focusing on her career. Mischa has always had more luck getting boyfriends than acting jobs.

Her current beau Sam is much more ambitious and self-disciplined, it appears. He’s a personal trainer and model and frequently posts photos of himself on Instagram to advertise his talents. Britney seems to have no knack for photos and her pix are considerably less focused – and a whole lot less flattering. Judging by the photos, you’d never guess SHE was the megastar!
