A TALE OF TWO ELVISES

Jacob Elordi has some tough blue suede shoes to fill in the new Priscilla film by Sofia Coppola Needless to say, Austin Butler’s performance last year in Elvis was a real knockout and some stiff competition. Butler also had a height advantage – he’s the same height as Elvis was, and Jacob, at 6’5″, is considerably taller. But from what we’ve heard, Jacob SOUNDS more like Elvis than Butler did. We shall see. Actually both actors are very attractive and seem super-nice. Model Kaia Gerber knows best – she dated Jacob not long ago and now she’s hot n’ heavy with Austin Butler. Imagine going out with TWO Elvis impersonators!

KAIA GERBER AND THE TWO ELVISES

Sofia Coppola must be supremely annoyed that Baz Lurhmann released his film Elvis before she could get her Priscilla movie together. Sofia wrote her film based on Priscilla Presley’s book Elvis and Me and she is also directing. Lookalike Austin Butler was an enormous hit playing Elvis and it’s hard to imagine anyone doing it better. Priscilla and her whole family swooned over Butler. Sofia was left searching for an Elvis that could match up to Butler in any way. You might recall that Austin Butler is Kaia Gerber’s current boyfriend. Kaia’s LAST boyfriend was Jacob Elordi and HE has just been cast as Elvis in Sofia’s film. Certainly Kaia is reeling at the odd coincidence…

Euphoria star Jacob Elordi is attempting to slip into The Crosby Hotel in New York as unobtrusively as possible with a black hooded coat, mask, and a leather bag. But when you are 6’5,” it’s really hard NOT to be noticed. Why is the Australian actor trying to be undercover? Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that two of his famous ex-girlfriends happen to be both staying at The Crosby with their new boyfriends, and a lobby run-in might be… awkward. Zendaya is there with her new Batman boyfriend Tom Holland, and Kaia Gerber is also at the hotel with her Elvis boyfriend Austin Butler. We’re guessing their paths will not cross.

JACOB ELORDI’S GIRLFRIENDS MADE HIM FAMOUS

No one really noticed Netflix leading man Jacob Elordi, 24, until he started dating his leading ladies. The Australian actor noted for his height (6’5”) just split up with his girlfriend of one year Kaia Gerber (5’9”). Photos of the cute couple made him a familiar face. Keep in mind, he dated his first costar Joey King (The Kissing Booth) for a year until he started seeing his next costar Zendaya (Euphoria). Last year he moved on to Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber, and his dating life has put him ON THE MAP. We’re guessing he’ll turn on the charm for his NEXT leading lady…

KAIA GERBER: AT LEAST SHE STILL HAS MILO

It’s not the same. Seems like just a few weeks ago Kaia Gerber was walking her puppy Milo and stopping for coffee with her actor boyfriend Jacob Elordi, but now she’s starting her day alone. She’s been inseparable from the 6’5” actor since September. They were seen with each other in New York and Los Angeles, and vacationed together in Los Cabos. Australian Elordi currently stars in Euphoria and also costars in Ben Affleck’s upcoming movie Deep Water. Kaia’s parents met and liked Jacob – he seemed a lot less worrisome than her last boyfriend Pete Davidson. In December, Kaia and Jacob were not seen anywhere and she’s been working out and dog walking conspicuously alone. She still has Milo to keep her company.

ZENDAYA GOT A BIGGER BOYFRIEND

Euphoria star Zendaya is only 23 and already she’s an expert at keeping her lovelife a secret. She costarred with English actor Tom Holland in Spider-Man: Far From Home, and managed to keep their romance a secret almost until they split. She describes her Euphoria costar, Australian actor Jacob Elordi, 22, as her “best friend,” but he’s way more than that. They avoid events together, but have been seen in New York numerous times looking very chummy. (Note the matching Matcha drinks) At 5’8” Tom Holland was 2 inches shorter than Zendaya, but Jacob is 6’4” so she can stand up straight! He also keeps her laughing and that goes a long way…
