Minnie Driver seems to have been working nonstop in both films and TV, since she popped into view in Good Will Hunting. Born in the UK, we were amused when the independent actress moved to Malibu almost 20 years ago, determined to learn to surf. Now she can be seen expertly riding the waves most weekends. Minnie is pictured here with her 12 year old son Henry Driver (from a past relationship) and her boyfriend Addison O’Dea. Addison is a documentary film maker who specializes in cultural anthropology, frequently working for the Discovery channel

MINNIE DRIVER IS THE HAPPIEST EMMY NOMINEE OF ALL

Minnie Driver is beyond thrilled about her Best Actress Emmy nomination for her Lifetime movie Return to Zero. It’s very special to her because her little movie ran out of money and was saved by Kickstarter. It’s about an expecting couple whose child dies in the womb and distributors turned it down until Lifetime stepped up. She says walking the Emmys red carpet will be a pleasure. Today she walked with her animated six year old boy Henry to the supermarket in Malibu. Like January Jones, she refuses to name her child’s father.

All of a sudden Minnie Driver, 41, has become a cougar, but it’s totally worth it because she got more than she bargained for with her new boyfriend Matt Felker, who is 11 years younger. Matt’s a model and actor who last dated Selma Blair, and he’s taken it upon himself to be not only a boyfriend, but a personal trainer for Minnie. They work out together almost every day and Minnie says she’s in the best shape of her life.
