CHARLIZE THERON IS AN UNDERCOVER EXPERT

SOME celebrities know how to dress DOWN and are able to socialize freely in public places without attracting attention. It’s truly impressive when someone is as beautiful as Charlize Theron can pass as just another single mom at the Farmer’s Market. She wants her kids to have experiences like ordinary children so Charlize pulls on the baggy clothes, baseball cap and glasses (no makeup of course) and she and her kids Jackson and August (she calls them both daughters now) can enjoy the market without being bothered.

Health Scare Mick Jagger Rolling Stones

MICK JAGGER: TIME IS ON HIS SIDE

Okay, like a lot of people, when we heard that Mick Jagger is ailing and postponing his tour for at least three months for medical treatment, we were at jolted at the sudden idea of his mortality. Genetically, Mick, 75, is blessed- his lookalike father was a gym teacher and lived an active life until the age of 93. We were HOPING that Mick needed hip replacement surgery and chose not to talk about it because it’s a sign of ageing. Unfortunately, it turns out that Mick’s health “problem” was discovered by doctors when he was examined for his tour insurance. A painful hip develops gradually and it’s not a surprise. That’s not good news and we have our fingers crossed for Mick.

UPDATE: Luckily, Mick’s mystery affliction turned out to be a fixable heart problem- we bet he’ll be back in action sooner than expected!

KAT VON D AND HER FASHIONABLE GOTH BABY

No chance of THIS baby getting a suntan! Tattoo artist Kat Von D, 36, gave birth to a boy Leafar, four months ago. Kat’s husband, artist /musician Leafar Seyer, was born Rafael Reyes, and turned his name backward. (He is credited with creating “Cholo goth” music.) Kat has a very fancy black stroller for little Leafar and we wonder if he has black diapers…

Fashion Janet Jackson Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

WHY IS JANET JACKSON DRESSED LIKE AN OPERA SINGER?

You’d never guess by looking at her outfit that Janet Jackson is at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. She couldn’t have been thinking about rock music when she got dressed, but it IS an honor to be included in the Hall of Fame. Ironically, she was invited to perform that evening but declined, we hear, because the event is set to air on HBO and we all know HBO was responsible for Leaving Neverland.

Lookin' Good! Ray Liotta The Many Saints of Newark

RAY LIOTTA IS THE PERFECT GANGSTER

Ray Liotta’s got his hair slicked back and he’s ready to start work on The Many Saints of Newark. The prequel to The Sopranos takes place in the 1960’s in Newark when there was bad blood between African Americans and Italians. Liotta happened to grow up in Newark in the 60’s and he remembers. 27 of the cast members who appeared in Goodfellas with Liotta have been cast in the Newark film. Ray’s exact role has not been revealed, but James Gandolfini’s son Michael, 19, is playing Tony Soprano as a young man.

Jason and Garry Clemmons Lookalike Twins

THE CLEMMONS TWINS: AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET

We were fascinated by this photo of the Clemmons twins – Garry and Jason. The model/actors gained fame in a Burger King ad and went on to appear on the series Baskets, and recently Boomerang. Note that they have the same haircut, and according to the paparazzi they were dressed exactly alike head to toe. They also ate the same food at lunch in Beverly Hills, but what we found odd is that they sat on the SAME side of the table, rather than across from each other!

IS KHLOE KARDASHIAN TRYING TOO HARD?

The 34 year old Kardashian youngest sister already looks like she’s been around the block too many times. Why? Apparently she hasn’t yet figured out that basketball players don’t make the best husbands or boyfriends. (They ARE tall, though.) Her marriage to Lamar Odom was a blazing failure and her baby-daddy Tristan Thompson has two roving eyes. What’s a girl to do? What NOT to do is leave the house looking like THIS – too much of EVERYTHING- hair, makeup, (even her knees are made up) cleavage, and general glitz. Khloe was on the prowl at Diana Ross’s birthday party.

Jordyn Woods is putting on a brave face as she arrives at her Eyelure x Jordyn Woods lashes launch party at a London hotel. (Actually she LOOKS a lot like her former friend Kylie Jenner in that blonde wig!) Certainly the Eyelure company is worried about the commitment since Jordyn is on the outs with the Kardashians. Jordyn will have to prove to her business connections that she is still a powerful entity WITHOUT her Kardashian connections. And it won’t be easy.

Fake! Hate Crime Jussie Smollett Liar, Liar!

JUSSIE SMOLLETT: HE GOT AWAY WITH IT!

We will not soon forget the smug look on Jussie Smollett’s face when all that evidence was piling up that he had filed a fake police report about a hate crime against him. At first, we felt sorry for him – he’s such a sweet looking guy and we thought he might have mental problems. Obviously, what he has are EGO problems. He DID get a ton of publicity, but in the end, it was not sympathetic. The fact that he won’t be prosecuted was a shock at first – but in reality his only crime was fooling the Chicago police and wasting their time. He hired expensive lawyers to “influence” the right people and it probably cost him a LOT of money. It’s the idea that he thinks he got away with this and seems to enjoy the idea of being a hate crime victim that GRATES on our nerves…
