GEORGE CLOONEY CAN’T STOP RAVING ABOUT MARRIED LIFE

Can you think of even ONE celebrity couple that seems to be HAPPIER than George and Amal Clooney? He rhapsodizes about his life in every interview. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that both have jobs that keep them busy. When Summer comes, they always try to spend several weeks together at their Lake Como home in Italy with their 6 year old twins Ella and Alexander. We rarely get a glimpse of the kids, but they DO look awfully cute on this boat at Lake Como this week.

HILARY SWANK IS TOO BUSY TO THINK ABOUT ALASKA DAILY

Hilary Swank threw herself into her first ABC TV series, Alaska Daily – she played a scandalized a New York reporter who took a job at an Alaska newspaper to redeem herself. After 11 episodes it was just cancelled, but she can’t be TOO devastated. Actually it was good timing. That’s because she gave birth to twins last month! Hilary waited until her 40’s to have her first child because she wanted to “find the right guy” – her husband Philip Schneider. Now she’s thrilled to have a boy and a girl and she has the time she needs to spend with them.

Dead Ringers Jeremy Irons Lookin' Good! Rachel Weisz Remake Twins

BEST DRESSED THIS WEEK: RACHEL WEISZ

Yet ANOTHER remake? We were NOT thrilled to learn that David Cronenberg’s 1988 film Dead Ringers had been rebooted for Amazon Prime, starring Rachel Weisz. BUT this particular remake is different – because Jeremy Irons played the original leading characters, who happened to be twin obstetricians. THIS time around, the film’s leads are played by a woman- Rachel Weisz – and the film had an all-female writing team. Hence, quite a different point of view! Worth checking out – and Rachel looks sensational in New York promoting the film…

Fashion Week Gucci Milan Twins

GUCCI’S AMAZING TWIN SHOW

Gucci pulled off a show during Milan Fashion Week that topped them all – including Kim Kardashian’s collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana. The Gucci show featured 68 pairs of IDENTICAL TWINS! Gucci’s Creative Director Alessandro Michele lived up to his title when he sent representatives to check out the yearly twins convention in Twinsburg, Ohio. Around two thousand identical pairs of twins show up, along with triplets and other multiples, plus curious onlookers. The twins selected for the Gucci show must have been THRILLED. During the show the audience was divided into two separate rooms. Audience members did NOT know they were watching twins until the finale when the screen dividing the room was lifted and models came together and joined hands with their siblings. Brilliant! (which is more than I can say for these pink outfits)

SARAH JESSICA PARKER : SCHOOLING HER DAUGHTERS IN THE FASHION BIZ?

Sex & the City fashionista Sarah Jessica Parker is in the habit of keeping a close eye on all her SJP shoes stores in Manhattan by visiting them regularly. She has a total of 8 stores around the world, including two in Abu Dhabi and one in Dubai. And of course her shoe collection is sold in numerous shops everywhere. Her twin daughters Marion and Tabitha are now 11- the age where fashion starts to become important. Sarah is teaching them a little about her business just in case they aspire to follow in her footsteps. Sarah is pictured here at her South Street store with one masked twin.

Brad Pitt Celebrity IOU HGTV Twins

HGTV’ S DREW AND JONATHAN SCOTT GOT LUCKY WHEN BRAD PITT SAID YES

As much as we love the dependable HGTV, we are not particularly fond of Drew and Jonathan Scott– the twins are just a tad too egotistical and confident for our taste. But they got REALLY LUCKY when Brad Pitt agreed to appear on their new show Celebrity IOU. Besides Angelina, who doesn’t love Brad Pitt? And the fact that Brad remodeled his longtime makeup artist’s modest garage home into a comfy guesthouse just makes you love him more. A longtime fan of architecture, Brad designed the interior himself and we are eager to see his taste. Of course, we’re HOPING for an absence of those everpresent candles, bric-a-brac, and throws so dear to HGTV… but that might be too much to ask of the twins.

Giovanni Ribisi Scientology Twins

LIKE MANY CELEBRITIES, GIOVANNI RIBISI IS SUDDENLY A SUPERMARKET REGULAR

According to paparazzi, Giovanni Ribisi, 45, has been shopping at his neighborhood market in Los Feliz almost every day. The fact that he and his partner Emily Ward (she’s an interior designer) have two year old twins at home might explain why – but the store also HAPPENS to be located across the street from the Scientology Celebrity Center. Giovanni and his twin sister Marissa are second generation Scientologists and we wonder if HIS twins, Enzo and Maude, are THIRD generation. Giovanni’s older daughter Lucia from his first marriage has drifted away from Scientology, and there is no evidence that Emily Ward is or is not a Scientologist. We loved Giovanni on Friends (he played Phoebe’s goofy brother) and wish he’d quit Scientology- but we know it isn’t easy…

In case you haven’t noticed, identical twins Joel and Benji Madden’s wives are two of the happiest women in Hollywood! And both Nicole Richie and Cameron Diaz are extremely attractive and wealthier than their husbands! The explanation is simple: these ordinary looking guys know how to behave and how to treat women. Yes they’re musicians, but neither of the brothers has ever used alcohol or drugs! They may not LOOK particularly refined, but they have exceptional manners and bend over backwards to treat their women well and raise their children right. Their relationships have always lasted a long time and their marriages probably will too! These twins should write a book.

HEIDI KLUM MARRIED A TWIN

And she has NO complaints! Heidi’s husband Tom Kaulitz and his identical twin brother Bill Kaulitz have a hugely popular band in Germany – Tokio Hotel. Bill is the flamboyant lead singer, memorable for his extravagant hair and fashion. He and Heidi have a lot in common. Bill rarely takes his eyes – and hands- off Heidi. Fortunately, Heidi is fond of both brothers because they live in Los Angeles now and spend a lot of time together. The threesome turned up together at a festive Hollywood event.
