Charlotte Casiraghi, 28, the daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco, went shopping in Beverly Hills today and you would never mistake her for a “Real Beverly Hills Housewife.” She happens to be ROYALTY, but Charlotte is not out to impress anyone or draw attention to herself. She wears minimal makeup, a denim jumpsuit, sneakers, and – guess what – NO jumbo designer handbag! Nothing obvious or flashy here…

Magic Johnson seems like an impossibly cool dad with his flamboyantly gay son EJ Johnson. EJ has made quite a name for himself on “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” and his parents DO indulge his desire for designer apparel. The family was photographed shopping at Kyle Richards’ store in Beverly Hills. EJ seems to have toned DOWN his look somewhat for the occasion. (But he does have a clutch bag in his other hand.)

Guy Ritchie and his son Rocco must have been in the running for Best Costume at the UNICEF Halloween party in London Thursday night. They dressed up as the stars of Breaking Bad – Walter White and Jesse Pinkman – in full hazmat suits. Guy even sculpted his facial hair to look more like Bryan Cranston’s character. You can buy the costume online for around $50.00. Looks like a good time was had by all.

We almost forgot that Candy Clark (Above, left) won an OSCAR for her supporting role in American Graffiti. Ever since then, she’s been in big demand at hot rod shows! We haven’t seen her in awhile, but Candy still acts in movies and on TV – she played Matt Damon’s mother in The Informant. Above, she and her actress/director friend Nancye Ferguson turned up at the premier of “The Theory of Everything.”

It’s gratifying to see Elizabeth Smart, 26, looking so together and doing good things. You will remember Elizabeth was kidnapped from her Salt Lake City home in 2002 at the age of 14, brainwashed, and held captive under appalling circumstances for 9 months before she was rescued (by a woman.) She has made an amazing recovery, and appeared as the keynote speaker at The Rape Crisis Center 40th anniversary dinner in Las Vegas. She’s very active as an advocate for victims of sexual abuse. We’re happy for her.

Remember the “hair bands” of the 80’s? This UK boy band seems to have revitalized that tradition. Hair is EVERYTHING. The band is called Union J and the members are from left: George Shelley, (with the craziest hair) JJ Hamblett, Josh Cuthbert, and Jaymi Hensley. ONE of them is openly gay – can you guess which? It’s Jaymi on the far right. (The spelling of his name should have been a clue.) They all brought their great hair to the premier of Interstellar in London.

Lindsay Lohan nearly had a nervous breakdown a few years ago when she was faced with the possibility that she could NOT wear her hair extensions in prison. It turned out she could wear them – her sentence wasn’t that long and they were firmly attached. But now Teresa Giudice faces the same problem and the local law says HER extensions have to be removed before she checks in to begin her sentence – partly because they cannot be maintained behind bars. Teresa is freaking out at the idea of being seen with her own sparse hair. (We thought Italians all had thick hair!) That first photo of her without all that makeup or hair will be priceless!
American Idol must be depending on Jennifer Lopez to save the sinking series because they’ve been trotting her around town in different outfits every day. The show is in the middle of their Hollywood Auditions and Jennifer is prominently featured at all times. She and fellow judges Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr took a highly visible walk down Hollywood Boulevard to drum up some publicity for the show.

Andy Cohen and his dog Wacha have the sweetest love story. Especially since Andy HAD NEVER HAD A PET before he found Wacha. Andy always loved Snoopy and he saw a photo of Wacha, a Beagle mix, on Petfinder.com. (Just like we saw a photo of our dog Elvis.) Andy kept looking at the photo and eventually arranged to have a tryout “date” with the rescue. At first Andy almost backed out because Wacha was bigger than he expected – around 40 lbs. But Wacha tried SO hard to be liked that Andy fell in love and they have been deliriously happy together for a year now.

Matthew McConaughey maintained the deadpan look on his face as he walked through the airport with his wife Camila Alves. Maybe the paparazzi were teasing him about Jim Carrey’s SNL impersonation of him in his Lincoln car ads and he wasn’t amused. Ironically, the car the couple left in was NOT a Lincoln.
