Reza Farahan and Asa Soltan Rahmati from Shahs of Sunset really ARE friends in real life. They shopped the after-Christmas sales on Rodeo Drive and Reza picked up yet another pair of Gucci loafers at a good price. Reza got engaged to his longtime boyfriend Adam Neely last year, but so far, like Jennifer Aniston, no wedding.

While Heidi Klum, 41, was tanning topless with her loverboy Vito Schnabel, 28, in St Barths, her exhusband Seal took their four children skiing. It’s apparent that Seal and Heidi have made peace with each other and their children Leni, 10, Johan, 7, Henry, 8, and Lou, 4, are quite happy. Seal took the kids, along with a young friend of theirs, on a family ski outing to Mammoth mountain, outside Los Angeles.

Could Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello’s romance be happening any FASTER? Already the moving vans are outside of Sofia’s swanky high rise building in Westwood and movers are reportedly hauling Joe’s belongings inside. Only a few DAYS ago they became engaged in Hawaii and Joe gave Sofia a huge ring. Keep in mind that last year at this time Sofia was engaged to someone ELSE. Sofia is definitely moving ON.

The speculation that chef Giada De Laurentiis and her husband Todd Thompson were splitting up has been going around for quite awhile. We were just about to dismiss the idea when she announced they are, indeed, divorcing after 11 years together and one six year old daughter. They built this house together in Pacific Palisades in 2007, and we wonder if she will keep it. It’s 3,160 sq ft, 4 bedrooms , 3 baths, and has a sundeck on top for entertaining. Now those rumors about Giada and Matt Lauer will heat up! He always gets very excited when she appears on The Today Show. (By the way, if you haven’t tried Giada’s pasta sauce (sold only at Target) do so – it’s yummy!)
Jessica Seinfeld posted this photo of herself and Jerry on their 15th wedding anniversary on December 25 – the whole family was on a ski vacation. Both Jerry and Jessica are urging friends to see “Nightcrawler,“ and admit they are obsessed with the movie. Jessica says the movie is “iconic” and “too good to watch only once!” It’s hard to believe Jerry is 60 already. Seems like only yesterday he was a thirty-something single guy on “Seinfeld.”

It’s consoling to see that “Wolverine” Hugh Jackman is as big a sap for his dogs as the rest of us dog-lovers. Hugh has often been photographed walking his French Bulldog Dali in New York, and this year he added another member to the family, which consists of his wife Deborra and son Oscar, 14, and daughter Ava, 9. Hugh wanted a little canine pal for Dali and brought home a fuzzy puppy (maybe a poodle/terrier?) that he named Allegra. Now when he’s not onstage performing in “The River” on Broadway, Hugh is posting photos and videos of his beloved pets.

Joe Manganiello, 38, wasn’t exaggerating when he admitted that he had a massive crush on Sofia Vergara long before she split with her philandering fiancée Nick Loeb and became available. Joe didn’t waste a minute – seven months after their first date he has proposed! A few months ago there were rumors that Sofia couldn’t forget Nick and was still in contact with him. Their relationship was very up and down. But apparently Joe has won her over with his constancy and sense of humor. Good choice, Sofia!

Nightcrawler
With so many good films to choose from right now, whatever you do, don’t overlook Nightcrawler. It’s a deliciously noir Los Angeles story about a sleazy freelance guy who photographs crime scenes and sells the pix to the highest bidding TV news station. This is a smart movie – well written and well acted. Jake Gyllenhaal is super creepy and Riz Ahmed is astonishing as his jittery young sidekick. “Astonishing” because we thought he was straight out of East LA, but Ahmed is a trained English actor! This is NOT a movie you’ve seen before, so don’t miss it.

Did Patrick Schwarzenegger post this photo as a message to Miley Cyrus? What could be more wholesome than a family portrait in matching flannel PJ’s surrounded by a mountain of fancy gifts? Patrick looks quite angelic with his mom Maria Shriver and his siblings. As we predicted, Miley and Patrick spent Christmas separately with their respective families and will probably cheer in the New Year together. While Patrick was behaving, Miley was posting topless photos of herself to give him something to look forward to. (Love those dogs!)

Whoa, Britney! Things are moving WAY too fast In her life right now. She’s only been seeing Charlie Ebersol, 31, for a couple of months, and already they’re wearing MATCHING PAJAMAS! Has Britney forgotten that she has two little boys who might be very confused by these men who jump into their lives and then disappear? Britney herself is far from a good judge of character – her problematic life has scared off more than a few guys.
