MAYBE JOAN AND MELISSA RIVERS WEREN’T IN THE MOOD FOR DRAG QUEENS

Joan Rivers disappointed drag queens and their fans at The Rage in West Hollywood last night. Every Tuesday the fiercest drag queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race put on a dazzling musical show and it’s a huge draw- standing room only. Everyone got very excited when it was announced that Joan and Melissa Rivers would be judging the talent and filming it for their reality show. The excited drag queens were dressed up in their finest when the film crew arrived and started bossing everyone around. Joan was in no mood to sit through all those musical performances so she just picked five “girls” to walk the runway and she decided the winner on LOOKS alone. The crowd was upset – NO MUSIC- no fun- and the queens were disgruntled. A source told us Joan and Melissa weren’t very sociable – they barely spoke to anyone, much less each other, and the festivities didn’t start until they left at midnight.

Coming Out Gay Out of the Closet Reality Shows

HOLD EVERYTHING: THIS REALITY SHOW FEATURES CELEBRITIES COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET!

Ever since publicist Howard Bragman announced that he is developing a reality show for A&E (so far called “Coming Out”) in which celebrities come OUT of the closet – we have been in a state of excited anticipation. This is monumental news for people in the gossip business. Howard is responsible for the tasteful “coming out” of gay clients such as Dick Sargent, Chaz Bono, and Lance Bass. Bragman is actively searching for closeted celebs to appear on the show and we predict he’s got a tough job ahead of him. It’s way more exciting than Celebrity Rehab and if they pay enough, who knows WHO might come out of the closet!

Joan Rivers Melissa Rivers New York Real Estate Reality Shows

“MOTHER KNOWS BEST:” JOAN RIVERS WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET MELISSA A JOB

We thought something was fishy when Joan Rivers put her Marie Antoinette-style New York penthouse up for sale in May for 25 million dollars. (Click here for details on The Real Estalker) Joan originally moved from LA to New York because she felt it was the only place a mature woman could find a decent social life – and she has THRIVED there, rubbing elbows with high society. So what possessed her to pack up and LEAVE? The prospect of having a reality show with her lookalike daughter is probably the only thing that could have pried her out of her beloved NYC. Joan is moving in with Melissa and her son Cooper and possibly a boyfriend in LA for their show called “Mother Knows Best.” Let’s face it, Melissa has mouths to feed and Joan has always been there for her. The show will air in December on WE.

Cannes Jean-Claude Van Damme Reality Shows

JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME IS MAKING A COMEBACK AT CANNES

Jean Claude Van-Damme arrived in Cannes with his wife, former bodybuilder Gladys Portugues, to promote his new reality series in the UK. The 49 year old actor describes this show as “a cross between The Osbournes and Bloodsport.”
It’ll feature his family at home and Jean-Claude training for a kickboxing fight with a 36 year old Thai champion. The series will culminate with the actual fight in Las Vegas. Jean–Claude seems to have calmed down since his wild and drug fueled days with his then wife Darcy LaPier in the 90’s, He divorced Darcy, was treated for bi-polar disorder, and remarried his second wife Gladys. Now he’s back.

“Jersey Shore’s” Snooki’s worst nightmare is coming true! She dumped her boyfriend of three months, Emilio Masella, after accusing him of using her to become famous. RadarOnline is reporting that Emilio is now the star of his own dating show “Fist Pumping For Love” and it’s being produced by Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag. Snooki will really be aggravated when she learns that Emilio ‘s show might one- up hers by ending up on a major network. They started taping last week and Emilio has been bombarded by pretty women, but he says he’s “holding out for a 12 – not a 10.”

JOHNNY DEPP WAS NOT ON ROBERTSON BLVD TODAY

Robertson Blvd came alive today when people started buzzing that Johnny Depp was walking down the street. Stores emptied as clerks and shoppers dropped their merchandise and ran outside to get a glimpse of the actor, but it turned out to be a lookalike with his own entourage, who was being followed by a camera crew. Passersby were filmed as they reacted to the imitation Johnny. We smell a new reality show about celebrity lookalikes in the making…..

After 11 years of wedded bliss, Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin are going to take a chance and turn their lives into a reality show. Their newly minted series, called “Harry Loves Lisa” has been picked up by TV Land and will air in the fall. Their daughters Amelia and Delilah will be featured in the family “docudrama” and most likely Lisa’s store Belle Gray will be part of the action. Funny, it doesn’t look like the girls inherited the family lips.

Before she celebrated her 29th birthday last weekend, Paris Hilton was dropping hints like mad that she wanted an engagement ring from her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt. (Although Doug, from The Hills, doesn’t seem like much of a catch – Paris always wanted to marry a billionaire) Paris probably WILL get that ring before she turns 30 because our illustrious colleague in Las Vegas, Norm Clarke, has heard that she is shopping around a reality show that will feature their wedding preparations and ceremony. KIRSTIE ALLEY REALITY SHOW: SHE DOESN’T NEED THE MONEY

It’s funny how celebrities filming reality shows show up at places they never go to when the cameras aren’t around. Kirstie Alley is not exactly a regular at Katsuya (perhaps because people like to watch everything she eats) but she turned up there with her two kids Lillie, 15, and William, 17, with cameras hot on their trail. She’s right in the middle of filming her A&E reality series documenting her career, family life, and diet struggle. It’s not like she’s hard up for money – did you know Kirstie gave 5 million dollars to the church of Scientology in 2007?
