It’s a fact that fashion standards are going into the dumpster since celebrities can hide behind masks and walk the streets unrecognized. Katie Holmes usually exits her Soho apartment with swinging hair and a snappy outfit. Today she looks like she doesn’t care. Her drab unflattering skirt and sweatshirt just scream “I give up!” And she’s not the only one…

HAPPIEST PANDEMIC COUPLE: BEN AND ANA

For months we have seen photos of Ben Affleck and his girlfriend Ana de Armas walking their dogs together every morning and afternoon like clockwork. Sometimes one of them would be walking both their dogs. Most surprisingly, despite doing the same thing day after day, they didn’t get tired of it- or each other. They seem just as infatuated with each other as they were back in March. It’s certain that social isolation didn’t break up THIS relationship. All the grey is even out of Ben’s hair and beard!

HUGH JACKMAN IS LEARNING A LOT ABOUT HIS KIDS

The only redeeming feature about pandemic isolation for Hugh Jackman is the fact that he is getting to know his (adopted) kids a lot better. But he IS worried about their education – his son Oscar, 19, just started college. Hugh is also wondering if New York is a safe place for his family to live. When Oscar expressed a desire to meet his biological family about a year ago, Hugh arranged a visit to Iowa. Oscar’s father was unknown and his mother died, but he met his two sisters and aunt, and seemed very happy about it. Having Wolverine for a father has its advantages.

Writer/director Lena Dunham wished herself a happy 34th birthday on Instagram, featuring this uncharacteristic photo of herself coyly sunbathing by the pool. Girls creator Lena has been social isolating with her roommate in Los Angeles (we’re guessing Silver Lake.) The New York hipster split with her music producer boyfriend Jack Antonoff in 2017, and has an apartment in the village, but has been staying in LA. Seems like outspoken Lena is always apologizing for her “insensitive” comments, but she’s often right on the money. Not so sure about those tattoos though…

KANYE WEST IS ISOLATING ALONE IN HIS OFFICE- WHAT’S UP?

Kanye West has either been driven crazy by his family in isolation together or he is inspired like never before. For the past week, Kanye has been leaving home early in the morning to head out to the massive building where his fashion offices are located. The huge parking lot is empty except for Kanye’s Lamborghini and his bodyguards’ car. At lunchtime the guards run out to a nearby McDonald’s and bring food back for their boss. Is isolation with his rambunctious family more than Kanye can bear? Or is he simply overflowing with design ideas?

In the past week, Megan and Brian were seen taking their three kids, Noah, 7, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 3, to the supermarket AND to a carry-out restaurant – all the family outings were without any gloves or masks. Yesterday Brian met a friend for coffee at Vintage Market in Malibu – again without any protection.

JENNIFER GARNER: IT’S ALL ABOUT THE KIDS

You can bet that Jennifer Garner has organized a full schedule of daily activities for her kids now that they are isolating at home. Certainly studying is first on the list every day – and it’s done under mom’s watchful eye. After the book work, exercise is a priority. Jennifer and the three kids either jog, walk, or bike ride together every day. In the evening they play games or watch movies together. They don’t see a lot of dad Ben Affleck, who lives close by, and when they do, he keeps his distance. Besides, Ben is quite busy with his new girlfriend Ana de Armas.

PARIS JACKSON’S SMALL CONCESSION

Paris Jackson, 21, who still considers herself to be black, is out and about and running errands – like many people her age, with little thought to social isolation or protection. No gloves, no problem! Paris grabs knobs and door handles with her SLEEVE. Her modeling career seems to still be happening – in January, Paris was IN Paris for Fashion Week and celebrated Jean-Paul Gaultier’s retirement. For now she’s concentrating on her music and appears in clubs with bandmates whenever she gets a chance.
