Angelina Jolie and her son Pax were seen visiting her new store at 57 Great Jones Street in NYC. Rent is high (asking price $60,000 per month) because that graffiti covered building was once the art studio that Andy Warhol rented to Jean-Michel Basquiat. Angelina opened her fashion studio called Atelier Jolie featuring deadstock, vintage clothing and fabrics, and basics ready for instant alterations and re-design. Candidate Fashion Makeover Nikki Haley President

NIKKI HALEY IS GETTING A PRESIDENTIAL MAKEOVER

This is political gossip AND fashion gossip so we just couldn’t resist sharing. One of our fashion sources revealed that presidential candidate, Nikki Haley is now working with an established stylist to make her look more presidential. A Republican Super PAC just gave Nikki their practically unlimited checkbook, so now her campaign is flush with cash. As a result, she’s being seen as a potential Republican front runner, and someone who can dethrone the divisive Donald Trump. Nikki decided she needed a makeover, so she’s working with a NY based stylist on updating her wardrobe, accessories, makeup, and hair. Even though she’s a conservative Republican, she’s also seen as reasonable and moderate, so most of the top fashion designers are willing to work with her. As our source explained it, many of the designers who refused to dress Melania Trump due to her husband’s policies, are more than willing to work with Nikki. Look for subtle changes from now on – her new and improved look will be complete early next year.

HOW MUCH DOES KATY PERRY LOVE PICKLEBALL?

Katy Perry has been bitten by the pickleball craze. Katy recently hosted a pickleball tournament in Montecito, California, to benefit Firework Foundation, the charity she founded to provide access to the arts for underprivileged communities. But now she wants to do MORE. Katy is planning to launch a line of snazzy pickleball outfits for both women and men and donate all the profits to her charity. Katy, who designs many of her own costumes, feels there’s a need for flattering sportswear to go along pickleball’s relatively newfound popularity. As one friend explains, Katy feels the expanding pickleball community would welcome better options when it comes to athletic wear, and by donating the proceeds to charity, it’s a win-win.

LIZZO’S BODY-POSITIVE (?) FASHION

We really want to LIKE Lizzo, but it turns out that what she SAYS and what she DOES are quite different. Lizzo bragged that she “loves herself just the way she is” and seems to be very supportive of other “big girls.” She has always emphasized her inclusivity, acceptance, and body-positive attitude. This lawsuit charging her with mistreating three of her dancers paints her as a narcissistic bully. And half a dozen other co-workers have also made allegations against her. Louis Vuitton presented their spring menswear collection in Paris and it’s a whole new world thanks to their new Creative Director- Pharrell Williams. A crowd of celebrities gathered outside and we had to look twice at what we thought was Kim Kardashian in her blonde wig. But it turned out to be Beyonce in LV satin pajamas! There IS a resemblance. On second thought it couldn’t be Kim – she’d NEVER wear such a loose fitting outfit. We located Kim inside (in a tight bodysuit) sitting next to a scary version of Jared Leto.
