Time for some fashion observations. The Italian fashion house Moschino, with designs by Jeremy Scott, has moved its Spring/Summer 2022 show from Milan to New York this fall. If this ensemble photographed on the NY subway is any indication, it’s going to be very amusing. Is there ANYONE out there who would be caught dead in this outfit? Just asking…

Miley Cyrus arrived in New York to begin rehearsals for her Saturday Night Live performance looking more like a Florida housewife on her way to a luau than a popstar. In fact, from head to toe, she’s an example of what a rock musician should NOT look like – a very ordinary person with bad taste. Those awful clashing prints- and accessories! Hardly appropriate for walking the streets of New York – or maintaining a rockstar image.

It’s obvious that Sophie Turner loves to shop (she’s often seen in the best stores around LA) – and her husband Joe Jonas doesn’t mind tagging along. Her success on Game of Thrones gave her the means to buy whatever she wants and she usually looks quite fashionable. But these JEANS!! What on earth made her buy such weird unflattering pants? They almost look like two pairs of jeans layered together, with the outside pair patterned after fishing boots. The stiff wider-at-the-top denim makes her look considerably larger than she is. This is not a new trend likely to catch on…

Just because you’re cute, doesn’t mean you can get away with dressing like a clown and not be called out for it! Paula Abdul has kept her youthful looks and figure, but something horrible happened when she went shopping for an outfit to wear to the Power of Love gala in Las Vegas! What WAS she thinking? There is nothing right about this tacky, ruffly, too-short, glittery monstrosity! It looks like an Ice Capades costume from the seventies. And those tired extensions aren’t doing her any favors, either. Oh, and the matching feathery SHOES! Almost beyond belief…

Really? Is there a dress that can make gorgeous Heidi Klum look awful – and common? Believe it or not, Heidi found a gown that makes even HER look bad. Maybe she wore this unflattering frock as a favor to a friend in design school. The proportions are amateurish, the fabric looks cheap and baggy- and the real crime is that this actually makes Heidi look around 40 pounds heavier than she is! Take it home and burn it!

Justin Bieber consistently wears clothing from his Drew House collection in public, but does he attract customers – or repel them? Not sure if it’s the mustache or the designer crocs with socks, but this is not a good advertisement for his fashion collection. If anything, it’s a female repellent. His wife Hailey always looks sleek and fashionable – style-wise they have little in common. But she’s not complaining…yet

The FX series Nip/Tuck was on TV around ten years ago but we clearly remember gorgeous AnnaLynne McCord because she reminds us of Farrah Fawcett. It turns out she has been surprisingly active with a wide range of charities – she volunteers for cancer and Alzheimer fundraisers and is a speaker and activist discussing violence and sexual abuse of women. She also spent a few years with Prison Break’s Dominic Purcell but they split last year. Tonight she managed to look great in spite of that totally goofy one-puff-shoulder dress that looked equally awful in the 80’s!

The baby-faced star of the biggest film of the 1980’s, E.T., morphed into a matron when we weren’t looking! Actually, it’s an optical illusion and we blame that awful dress – it’s baggy and shapeless and would add years and pounds on to just about anyone. Drew Barrymore is at a Women’s Wear Daily event in New York and she should have made more of an effort. We remember when she was a young teen TRYING to look older and finagling her way into clubs like Studio 54...

Yes, it’s impressive that Jessica Simpson says she lost a HUNDRED pounds since she gave birth to her third child, Birdie Mae, in March. Exactly HOW Jessica pared off the weight is still unknown, but she says she was up to 240 pounds before the birth. Regardless, there is no excuse for looking like THIS. Jessica is a natural beauty but this tasteless and vulgar apparel she wore for a night out in New York isn’t the best way to celebrate her good looks…
