This photo of the late Osama bin Laden just arrived in an email and it’s fascinating for historical and other reasons. Osama is the happy looking young guy in front wearing the green sweater and hat. It’s 1971, he’s 14 years old, and he and all his friends are living it up in the high style fashions of the era. Posed around a PINK car no less! Note that none of the girls have their faces or heads covered. Three years later bin Laden was married for the first time.

There was one question we always hoped to ask Whitney Houston and now it will never happen. We wanted to know her reaction to the news that Osama bin Laden had a massive crush on her. In 2006 one of bin Laden’s mistresses published a book called “Diary of a Lost Girl” in which she described the al Qaeda leader’s obsession with Whitney. He thought Whitney was the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen and he fantasized about spending loads of money to go to America and meet her. Bin Ladin swooned over Whitney’s smile and convinced himself she was truly Islamic and brainwashed by American culture. He even dreamed about killing her then-husband Bobby Brown so he could marry her himself.

The National Enquirer chatted with Bin Laden’s exwife and mistress and learned some fascinating details about the terrorist’s idiosyncrasies. Bin Laden pretended to be pious, but he often had Playboy magazines in his briefcase. Most amusing was the fact that at one time the al-Qaida leader had an overwhelming obsession with Whitney Houston and wanted to kill her then-husband Bobby Brown! He considered her the most beautiful woman in the world and was willing to spend huge amounts of money on her. He even fantasized about giving Whitney a mansion that the owned in Khartoum and making her one of his wives.
