SCIENTOLOGY IS DESTROYING TOM CRUISE’S CREDIBILITY

Tom Cruise has colossal nerve calling the Vanity Fair article about him auditioning female companions “lies designed to sell magazines.” It’s common knowledge that Cruise saw young Nicole Kidman in her first film “Dead Calm” and called her in to audition for “Days of Thunder.” (She got the costarring part and Tom too.) And of course, he auditioned Penelope Cruz for “Vanilla Sky” and SHE got the part and dated Tom until she was scared off by Scientology. And Tom called Katie Holmes in to audition for “Mission Impossible 3” – she didn’t get the part (Michelle Monaghan did) but Katie got Tom! Does ANYONE believe Tom’s denial? SHARON STONE IS IN EUROPE WITH HER MODEL BOYFRIEND

Nice to see that Sharon Stone’s unexpected fling with a 27 years younger Argentinian model named Martin Mica is still going strong! They met in April at a Vogue party in Brazil and Martin followed Sharon back to Los Angeles. They were photographed at the beach smooching like teenagers. Sharon, 54, started filming an independent movie, “What About Love,” with Andy Garcia this summer in Europe and brought Martin along for the ride. They spent more time together in Romania (above) and Spain. Occasionally, Martin flies off for a modeling job, but he always comes back.

ROB PATTINSON AND KRISTEN STEWART ARE GOOD AT KEEPING SECRETS

It’s beginning to look like Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson have been sneaking around together for quite awhile and have no intention of admitting it. Neither of them is as unhappy as they were a few weeks ago. They are very experienced at keeping their relationship under wraps – remember they were together for well over a year when they first started dating and STILL wouldn’t admit a thing! So don’t expect to see them together in public any time soon. (Also they’re BOTH embarrassed about the cheating incident.) Actually, sneaking around and hiding makes the whole reunion more exciting. Of course, this is exactly what we predicted would happen – Rob really loves Kristen and was very lonely without her.

And, needless to say, one of the most eccentric. Director Tim Burton and actress Helena Bonham Carter have been together for eleven years and have two children together. They say the secret to their happiness is the fact that they live in two separate, but joined, houses. Helena says her fashion inspirations are Vivienne Westwood and Marie Antoinette but she dressed down in this photo of the couple taking a stroll in London. Actually, they look like a perfect match from front and back. Helena just finished filming Lone Ranger with Tim’s pal Johnny Depp.

The first time we saw Nicki with her out-of-proportion large hips and enormous backside we were in shock. We couldn’t imagine what kind of plastic surgeon would DO that to a person! You can never buy clothes off the rack again! Most women we know would kill to have SMALLER hips and butts. But Nicki is obviously thrilled with her new caboose and flaunts it at every opportunity. Dubbed ”the charming one” in his boy band, Harry happens to have a thing for older women. His last girlfriend was 15 years older than he was. Don’t fall for that trumped up “feud” between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj on American Idol – they are being PAID handsomely not to get along with each other! American Idol is well past its prime and desperately in need of some drama and glamour. Producers figured that hiring two musical divas and pitting them against each other would heighten interest in the show. But like other reality shows, the drama is forced and scripted. Deep down, both of these performers probably realize that these antics are an insult to women. Men like to perceive attractive women as competitive and nasty to each other and Idol producers are playing this male fantasy to the hilt. We’re betting Mariah and Nicki will become great friends off camera.

We’ve decided that anybody who tries as hard as Lady Gaga does to get our attention, DESERVES to be photographed. She’s still in London for Fashion Week and she changes into one bizarre outfit after another all day long. Such attention to detail! One of today’s get-ups featured a CLIMATE REVOLUTION t- shirt and she showed her partially shaved head. Yesterday she attended Philip Treacy’s catwalk show and she wrapped herself in a burka lined with fur and still later, gigantic Mickey Mouse ears.

Sex Pistols fans will be happy to hear that in celebration of the fact that it’s been 35 years since their amazing album “Never Mind The B*******” was released, Universal has created a new limited edition box set of remastered versions of the music, plus many extras. According to bandmember Steve Jones, it’s the first time the songs have actually been remastered from the masters because the masters were missing for years. Modern technology has vastly improved the clarity. Steve has lived in California for half his life now and he told The Sun “I live in Beverly Hills and I’m proud of it!” Besides being a DJ, Steve is dabbling in acting – he appeared on four episodes of Californication. BLAKE LIVELY AND RYAN REYNOLDS: PEOPLE MAGAZINE WAS NOT INVITED TO OUR WEDDING!

When Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively secretly married in South Carolina a few weeks ago we were very impressed that they pulled off the event without alerting press or press or photographers. It appeared that they actually planned and PAID FOR their own private wedding instead of selling out to a magazine. Truly romantic. That same week, we were disillusioned to see People magazine’s wedding cover bellow ”People Was There!” implying THEY were invited. It turns out they WEREN’T. People exaggerated the way “Life & Style” or “In Touch” usually does. According to Page Six, Blake’s reps said there was a sneaky photographer on a boat snapping pics, but the couple never sold their pictures to any weekly and certainly didn’t invite anyone from People to the wedding.
