Guy Ritchie must have really been turned off by his 2008 divorce from Madonna because it took him YEARS to consider saying “I do” again. The “Sherlock Holmes” director and model Jacqui Ainsley, 30, have been happy together for two and a half years and they have a son Rafael, born in September, 2011. Jacqui is pregnant again as we told you in July, and Guy has FINALLY gotten around to popping the question. Jacqui has the ring to prove it, but no wedding date yet. Robert Downey Jr will probably be Best Man. Guy is currently working on “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.”

EVEN CREEPY JOAQUIN PHOENIX CAN’T SAVE “THE MASTER”

No WONDER Scientology bigwigs didn’t put up a big stink when they saw an early screening of “The Master.” It’s not likely to be much of a threat to the cult because the movie is SO drawn out and boring. Sure, there are a few similarities to L Ron Hubbard and his followers, but not enough to make it interesting. To make matters worse, the actors (Philip Seymour Hoffman and Joaquin Phoenix) REALLY ham it up. As weak as the script is, some of the period 1950’s visuals are incredible. Early scenes featuring sleazy photographer Joaquin in a glamorous mid-century department store are ALMOST worth the price of admission. Perfect down to the tiniest detail. But most of the loooong film is painful to watch and a big disappointment.

Russell Brand, it seems, cannot get through a day without propositioning just about every single attractive woman he comes across. He must have dated half his yoga class already, meaning he’ll have to move on to another yoga studio. This cute ponytailed girl was minding her own business walking down the street when Russell stopped her and introduced himself. He chatted her up and before they went their separate ways, they had exchanged numbers. We can’t help but wonder if she’s attracted to him or just being polite. She seems so fresh and perky and he looks a bit debauched. Do you suppose she’s interested?

Robin Williams, 61, took his wife Susan Schneider, 47, shopping in Soho. Robin married the graphic designer a year ago and she goes wherever he goes. Recently he’s been filming Lee Daniels’ “The Butler “ in New Orleans with Oprah and Forest Whitaker. Robin is playing President Dwight D Eisenhower – maybe that’s why he looks so serious and mature.

IT’S NOT UNUSUAL FOR ARGO STAR BEN AFFLECK TO DO THE RIGHT THING

Recently Ben Affleck sideswiped a parked car and left a note for the car’s owner with his contact information and a promise to have it repaired. For some reason the press is calling this act a “good deed.” Excuse us, but this should be categorized as “the right thing to do” and NOT some exceptionally generous form of behavior. Wouldn’t any honest, responsible person do the same? We choose to think Ben would have left a note even if the photographer WASN’T there. Ben did another right thing this weekend by taking his daughters, Violet and Seraphina, to Barnes & Noble to buy books.

KANYE WEST WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND THE APPEAL OF TAYLOR SWIFT

We can’t imagine why anybody wouldn’t like Taylor Swift. Sometimes it seems like this 22 year old can do no wrong. The six-time Grammy winner (Kanye tried to take her VMA award away) bent over backwards signing autographs and posing for fan photos outside the BBC Studios in London. Her new album “Red,” coming out October 22, is expected to be a huge hit. She’s missing her boyfriend Conor Kennedy, 18, who’s back home in the US finishing high school.

LOURDES IS PLANNING HER ESCAPE

She’s just about to turn 16, and Lourdes Leon is planning her future away from her mother Madonna and Kabbalah. Madonna is a controlling parent, and Lola wants her freedom. Right now Lourdes attends LaGuardia High School of Music and Art in Manhattan, and when she graduates, she hopes to move on to Bard College, a private university with a good performing arts department, which is located 90 miles outside of New York. Lourdes knows she will need to be in the city often to work on her Material Girl clothing and makeup collection, so the location is perfect. Far away, but not TOO far away. According to The Sun, she’s already earned enough money with Material Girl to pay her own tuition and expenses so THAT might discourage Madonna from pushing her to study elsewhere.

BREAKING AMISH’S JEREMIAH IS A CON MAN

TLC should really fire the producers of “Breaking Amish” because what COULD have been a fascinating peek into another culture is turning out to be even more of a sham than The Bachelor. Jeremiah (last name Raber) is no wide-eyed teen – he’s actually 32 and divorced with three children and he hasn’t been Amish since he was 18! His ex-wife Naomi spilled the beans to a Pennsylvania news station CBS 21, and to Star magazine, AND she claims the show’s producers tried to pay her to keep quiet! She revealed that Jeremiah’s parents haven’t “shunned” him – they SPOILED him – buying him two cars and helping him out whenever he needs money. Naomi doesn’t remember a time when Jeremiah DIDN’T Have a cell phone and he’s fond of strip clubs. That big scene where he got a tattoo was particularly contrived – he actually has had the tattoo for years – it featured the name of his wife and 3 children. On the show he had his wife’s name removed, and passed it off as a brand new tattoo! TLC should be ashamed.

BACHELOR BEN AND COURTNEY ROBERTSON HAVE FINALLY CALLED OFF THE RUSE

Bachelor fans have FINALLY lost interest in tracking the relationship of Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson, so the fake couple naturally broke up. Not long after season 16 (WE revealed the winner) Bachelor Ben and his choice Courtney realized that no one was interested in them individually – so they quickly got engaged and opportunity started knocking. They collected hefty fees for making personal appearances and hosting parties in Las Vegas (Above they appeared at MGM’s Wet Republic) where they posed for photos and pretended to be affectionate. Both have been seeing others all along. When the offers dried up, so did the “romance.” Why do people continue to WATCH this show?

Female supercelebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Heidi Klum don’t mind if the objects of their affection aren’t as wealthy as they are, but they MUST be well dressed. Jennifer gave her boyfriend Casper Smart a spectacular makeover – he has expensive suits, overcoats and designer shoes – sneakers and hoodies are now reserved for the gym. Heidi’s no- nonsense bodyguard /boyfriend Martin Kristen just didn’t have the right clothes to take her out to dinner, so she took him to Barneys. Martin resisted, but according to The Enquirer, Heidi picked out and paid for $10,000 worth of suits, shirts and shoes for him. You’d think with her fashion contacts she’d get clothes at a discount, but she paid retail for everything.
