Kathy Griffin enjoys PRETENDING that various newsworthy guys are her boyfriend – like the Old Spice guy, Levi Johnston, and Adnan Ghalib, and she loves the resulting publicity. But try to get her to talk about who she’s REALLY dating and she clams up fast! She’s been photographed in affectionate situations with the guy above for the past few months, but no one seems able to pry his name out of her. We won’t give up, however. (Above, the couple is leaving Katsuya and Kathy even has her false eyelashes on.)

Yikes! Kathy Griffin wasn’t exaggerating when she said she’s had tons of plastic surgery! We just saw these photos of Kathy from her 1976 yearbook and we wouldn’t have recognized her in a million years! Teenage Kathy was a cheerleader in high school and we’re betting she was loads of fun, but she was no beauty queen. When she was 26 she got her first nose job and started the self – improvement ball rolling. We have to give her credit for making herself over – at 51 she looks much better than she did as a teen!

ISAIAH MUSTAFA WAS A HIT AT THE ABBEY

Here’s a little known fact: A patron of The Abbey – possibly the biggest and most popular gay bar in West Hollywood – informed us that the Old Spice guy Isaiah Mustafa was a bartender there for YEARS before he hit it big. Apparently his charm and hunk factor garnered lots of big tips. But as soon as his commercial came out, he quit and never looked back, and the boys miss him. By the way, he and Kathy Griffin aren’t really dating….

CREATIVE EMMYS HOST KATHY GRIFFIN: I’M NOT ANOREXIC, BUT THANKS FOR THE COMPLIMENT!

When Kathy Griffin lost the creative Emmy for best reality programming to Ryan Seacrest, she tweeted “Call the paramadics!” implying she needed to be committed for mental observation. She will CERTAINLY be consoled by the fact that she looked exceptionally SLIM at the awards show. We’re guessing she heard the most flattering words in Hollywood ”Honey, you’re getting too thin!” more than once during the evening. That’s even better than an Emmy in this town.

We love Kathy Griffin but she DOES like to fiddle around with The Truth. A few seasons back, she pretended that her estranged husband Matt was still living with her at her house, until their actual split could be working into an episode of her series “My Life on the D-List.” Nowadays she presents series regular Tom Vise as her tour manager and live-in assistant, when in fact, he is her secret boyfriend. We wrote about Kathy and Tom dating last August and apparently (judging by recent photo, above) they are still going strong.

Flea Market Kathy Griffin Money Yard Sale

KATHY GRIFFIN WORKS HARD FOR THE MONEY AT THE FLEA MARKET

The Melrose Trading Post flea market at the Fairfax High School parking lot was a wild scene Sunday when Kathy Griffin and her “D-List” cameras set up shop. Apparently Kathy decided to unload some of the furniture she got for free for her huge house and she filled up two booths with assorted stuff. The week before she emailed her friends and fans announcing her sale. She sold a huge sectional couch from her house and a ten foot tall mirror. Not to mention the stove-top above. Lots of her old clothes were available (she’s lost a lot of weight) plus numerous tchochkes, including gifts from other celebrities. Kathy had four or five bulging musclemen in black leather chaps hefting the heavy items. She was a tough negotiator, but left with a pocketful of CASH and another episode of her show.

She likes to keep HER life private, and enjoys misleading everyone by being photographed with guys like Steve Wozniak and Levi Johnston. Actually, we just learned that Kathy is dating Tom Vise – he’s her “tour manager” and live-in assistant on her show “My Life on the D-List,” but in real life he’s her boyfriend. Affable Tom is obviously a good catch – note that he is carrying Kathy’s handbag as they leave Beso.
