We have to give credit to Olivier Martinez for hanging in there – his relationship with Halle Berry has lasted longer than we expected. He’s a love ‘em and leave ‘em kind of guy. We can just imagine Olivier flinching every time Halle badmouths the father of her child, Gabriel Aubry, or drags him back into court for child custody debates. HALLE BERRY IS IN THE HABIT OF BADMOUTHING HER EXES

We’re starting to have our doubts about Halle Berry. It seems that she’s in the habit of trashing every man she’s been with. She implied physical abuse from her husband David Justice and asked for a restraining order. (Justice later said “I always felt like I was walking on eggshells around her. Everything I did was wrong.”) Her second husband Eric Benet was branded a “sex addict.” She also accused an unnamed actor/boyfriend of physical abuse to the extent that he broke her eardrum. Everyone assumed she meant Wesley Snipes. Then there was the Chicago dentist, an exboyfriend who sued her for $80,000 he lent her while she was a struggling young actress- he claimed he paid for breast implants, etc. Breaking up with Halle can be very dangerous. Gabriel Aubry is already being accused of using the n-word with her. We’ll believe it when she proves it with an email or tape. Meanwhile, Olivier Martinez must be shaking in his motorcycle boots.

HALLE BERRY’S JEALOUS RAGE OVER KIM KARDASHIAN DATING GABRIEL AUBRY

Who knew that Kim Kardashian could throw Halle Berry into such a jealous fury? Because of Kim, Halle and Gabriel Aubry are headed for a nasty court battle over custody of their daughter Nahla. It all started LONG after Halle hooked up with Olivier Martinez, and seemed quite content. She and Gabriel were sharing time with Nahla. Gabriel made the mistake of having a few dates with Kim K and when Halle found out, she FREAKED. She gave him an ultimatum to “choose between dating Kim and seeing Nahla” and threatened to keep him away from his daughter. He didn’t see Kim again, but when Aubry realized Halle was using their daughter as a means to control him, he started legal proceedings to clarify his custody rights. According to RadarOnline, Aubry has some nasty voicemails and emails from her that reveal how manipulative and controlling Halle is, just in case he needs them. This is shaping up to be a very revealing court battle.

Halle Berry is out and about rigorously touring pre-schools in the Hollywood area in hopes of finding the perfect place for her daughter Nahla. Although their split was once described as “amicable” things have changed since Halle fell for Olivier Martinez. Friendly breakups have a way of going bad when one party falls in love TOO quickly with someone else. Gabriel is getting ready for a custody battle because he wants more access to Nahla .

Aha! Kim Kardashian and Halle Berry’s babydaddy/exboyfriend Gabriel Aubry were photographed sitting side by side at the Lakers game last night and there was much speculation about whether they arrived together or just happened to have seats next to each other. Here’s proof that they did, indeed, arrive together (they kept five feet between them and tried to be nonchalant.) It certainly IS a date although they tried to keep it quiet. We’re not surprised – Halle has been having a very public romance with French actor Olivier Martinez.

Halle Berry’s NAGGING is supposedly the REAL reason that Gabriel Aubry called off their romance. Friends of the couple told RadarOnline.com that Halle wasn’t happy with Gabriel’s income and that she felt he wasn’t contributing enough to the relationship. Aubry’s model earnings are said to be around $700,000 a year, but nowhere near Halle’s. She has a movie coming out this year called “Frankie and Alice.” Basically, it sounds like the romance ran it’s course and they were both ready to move on…

Is this a picture perfect family or what? Halle Berry pulled the luggage while Gabriel Aubry carried their daughter Nahla through LAX when they arrived from New York.
