Since Jason, 35, and January, 33, dated from July to this past January, all fingers are pointing at HIM as likeliest to be the father! We wonder if he’s freaking out, or in denial, or celebrating – anything can happen.

Tyra Banks hasn’t even moved into the New York apartment she’s renovating and her neighbors are already sick to death of her. Tyra bought four apartments in her building for 10 million dollars and she’s combining them into one large duplex on the 22 and 23rd floors, so it’s a BIG job. The work is 6 months past schedule and neighbors are in despair over the deafening drilling and banging etc. Tyra is eager to move in because she’s ready to start a family. She says she is actively trying to get pregnant with her boyfriend, investment banker John Utendahl. (It was rumored that she moved her talk show from LA to New York to be closer to John) So far no marriage plans, however.

Nick Cannon can finally celebrate Mariah Carey’s pregnancy publicly. They’ve been struggling to keep it a secret as long as possible because Mariah is superstitious and already had a miscarriage. According to a friend “Nick is like a girl – he wanted Mariah to have a baby right after they got married. He likes kids and feels like this cements their marriage.” The happy couple is deliberately vague about the delivery date – “sometime in the Spring.”

Leelee, 27, is engaged to fashion designer Adam Kimmel and she took some time off to have their baby Louisiana, who’s now five months old. Adam and Leelee were talking about getting married this Spring, but so far, no news.

Kourtney Kardashian’s shady baby-daddy Scott Disick continues to live up to his reputation as an arrogant moocher and party-hound. Not much is known about Disick’s past, but his present is nothing to rave about. He has no career or job, and spends his free time flirting with women and enjoying the notoriety he’s gotten from appearing on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” Even the Kardashian family doesn’t speak highly of him, and hope that Kourtney won’t marry him. Apparently he lives on the money he gets from the TV show and his split of the money for selling photos of his baby. Today he was seen in his usual Euro-preppie attire, with a male friend at La Scala restaurant in Beverly Hills – holding court at a table while star-struck tourists asked him questions and ”lapping up the attention.”
