LINDSAY LOHAN FACES A DYSFUNCTIONAL CHRISTMAS

Be grateful that you’re not planning to spend Christmas with Lindsay Lohan’s family. Her father Michael is riled up over his ex-wife Dina’s tell all book but he’s willing to call a truce because he’s planning to come back to New York for Christmas. He claims he’s trying to get the whole family back together for a big happy Christmas like the old days. But he’s bringing along his baby mama Kate Major, a former tabloid reporter with substance abuse problem like his own. Dina wants nothing to do with Kate and banned them all from her house. No peace for the Lohans. (Above, Lindsay is partying in Miami Beach at Art Basel with her brother Michael. Do they know what’s ahead?)

PAPARAZZI STRESS DROVE DINA LOHAN TO DRIVE DRUNK!

Unbelievable! Dina Lohan’s lawyer Mark Heller must be quite a piece of work. When she went to court for speeding and DUI (her blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit) Heller stated that his client has no problem with alcohol and doesn’t need treatment. When police pulled her over Dina said she was “being followed.” Her lawyer claimed that the paparazzi caused her to drink too much. He said the stress caused by the paparazzi and media attention drove her to drink. Keep in mind, this is a woman who has been COURTING the press and desperately trying to become a celebrity herself! Victims of drunk drivers are not going to see the humor in her blaming the paparazzi!

Attention Hollywood moms: Star magazine makes a strong case AGAINST mothers nightclubbing with their daughters. Nothing good can come of it. Just take a look at Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina. (photo above) At the height of Lindsay’s legal problems she and her mother were staggering out of parties and clubs holding each other up, and they were seen just last month at a party at the Chateau Marmont. Regarding, Demi Moore and her daughter Rumer, in this case the MOTHER proved to be the first one to lose control. Will Rumer end up in rehab too? As for Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina, the fallout from that lethal mother-daughter relationship has yet to be seen…

DINA LOHAN REVEALED HER AWFUL SELF TO MATT LAUER

Dina Lohan’s startling interview with Matt Lauer on The Today Show was more revealing than she ever imagined. Matt approached the subject of Lindsay’s substance problems with concern, but Dina’s attitude was hostile and dismissive from the get-go. When Matt pointed out that Lindsay had been in rehab FOUR times, Dina insisted it was TWO times, but he documented each of Lindsay’s visits. Dina couldn’t admit she was wrong and went on to deny that her daughter had serious drug issues and blamed everyone – including the judge – for Lindsay’s dilemma. Her chilling denial made the viewer feel even sorrier for the pathetic Lindsay. You got the distinct feeling that Dina would much rather talk about HERSELF than her daughter.

ANDERSON COOPER RUES THE DAY HE BADMOUTHED DINA LOHAN

We happen to love the comments Anderson Cooper made about the “Living Lohan” reality show, calling it a train wreck featuring horrific people. Publicity loving Dina Lohan was incensed enough to gripe to OK magazine that Anderson was attracting “bad karma.” His CNN cohost Erica Hill is very supportive, but Anderson is sorry he ever got involved in the feud with Dina. Someone at CNN leaked Anderson’s cell phone number to Dina and he quickly had his number changed. Wouldn’t YOU?
