WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD GET ENGAGED TO ANDY DICK?

Hard to imagine, but a perfectly normal (and attractive) young woman has said yes to a marriage proposal from Andy Dick. The fiancé is Elisa Jordana, 32, and she has a YouTube show, Kermit And Friends, that Andy, 55, often appears on. Is it possible she doesn’t know about his predilections? Andy has been arrested numerous times for drug possession and DUI (he once crashed his car in front of my house and ran away) Banned from driving, he rode bicycles to clubs where he molested doormen by shoving his hand down their pants. He’s been beaten up and arrested numerous times for forcefully kissing, licking, and molesting both women and men, and indecent exposure (once in McDonalds!) His last girlfriend has a restraining order against him effective until 2023. Elisa says she loves Andy’s sense of humor, but hopefully, she will google him and come to her senses.

LOU DIAMOND PHILLIPS: DON’T ASK A COP FOR DIRECTIONS WHEN YOU’RE DRUNK

Lou Diamond Phillips pulled off the dumbest move while intoxicated within recent memory. It was 1:30 AM in Portland, Texas, and Lou was scheduled to be guest speaker at a civic event in nearby Flour Bluff, where he graduated from high school in 1980. Believe it or not, Lou was driving after having more than a few drinks, and he pulled up behind a POLICE OFFICER making a traffic stop. He got out of his car to ask directions to Flour Bluff, stumbled, and almost fell over. Really. The startled cop noted that his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit and Phillips ended up in jail overnight, booked on a DUI. To his credit, Lou made it to the event the next day and apologized to the audience.

The years have not been kind to Tiger Woods. Seems like not so long ago he was the Golden Boy who became the FIRST athlete to earn a billion dollars. In 2006, his beloved father died and Tiger was never the same. He calls it “The worst day of my life.” Back problems, marriage problems, and sex scandals have plagued him ever since. His last girlfriend Lindsey Vonn split because SHE caught him cheating. His DUI arrest this weekend in Florida produced a mug shot that tells it all. Dissipated, disheveled, and losing his hair. Future uncertain.

We couldn’t resist publishing this photo of John Stamos being handcuffed by police, but it has nothing to do with his DUI arrest yesterday. This is a still from a TV movie he did in 2008. John’s friends say he almost never takes a drink, so if he was under the influence of something when he was caught driving erratically, it wasn’t liquor. Police took him to the hospital, probably for a drug test. He already tweeted to his fans that he’s fine and back at home (and probably a little embarrassed.)

We remember when beautiful Bree when was a newscaster in Los Angeles in the 80’s. She was incredibly pretty and might have been an actress if it weren’t for the condition ectrodactyly, which caused her to have deformed hands and feet. In 1990 she was caught having an affair with boyish co-anchor Jim Lampley, when they were both married to other people. They eventually married each other and split in 2000. Recently she was arrested for DUI and the resulting mug shot tells quite a story. What Bree has done to her pretty face should be a lesson to all. Those LIPS!

Talk about a rough night at The Roxbury. We don’t know WHERE Chris Kattan was until 2 AM before he had his DUI, but this mug shot (left) reveals that he looks thrashed. He blames it all on prescription medication (doesn’t everybody?) Chris has 7 successful years on Saturday Night Live and even married a model named Sunshine Tutt, but it only lasted 5 weeks. He was last seen in January on Celebrity Cook-Off.

Justin Bieber is smiling because he finally got what he was aiming for: a mug shot and a rap sheet! He’s been trying to leave his teen-idol milquetoast image far behind him by hanging out with young thugs in training. The silly 19 year old has also been piling on the tattoos, promoting drug use, boozing, and throwing money around in strip clubs in pursuit of a gangster image. Every time the police “harass” him he feels more like a man. Yesterday’s arrest for DUI and drag racing is the icing on the cake – Justin’s swagger has increased incrementally. (Apparently his father has the same problem.)

Unbelievable! Dina Lohan’s lawyer Mark Heller must be quite a piece of work. When she went to court for speeding and DUI (her blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit) Heller stated that his client has no problem with alcohol and doesn’t need treatment. When police pulled her over Dina said she was “being followed.” Her lawyer claimed that the paparazzi caused her to drink too much. He said the stress caused by the paparazzi and media attention drove her to drink. Keep in mind, this is a woman who has been COURTING the press and desperately trying to become a celebrity herself! Victims of drunk drivers are not going to see the humor in her blaming the paparazzi!

KHLOE KARDASHIAN IS FEELING SORRY FOR HERSELF

Khloe Kardashian wants the world to know how much she is suffering due to her husband Lamar Odom’s drug problems and recent DUI, not to mention their shaky marriage. She’s feeling sorry for herself and announced dramatically on Twitter, “As much as I wish I were made of steel …I’m not.” She went on to assure her fans that her husbands troubles won’t break her, although they’re coming close to it. In the middle of all this self-pity she took time to post a glamour shot of herself on Instagram, looking suitably melancholy, proving that when you’re a Kardashian, any time is a good time for self-promotion.
