Bridget Marquardt (“The Girls Next Door”) showed off her boyfriend Nick Carpenter at Grammy parties, but he always had a vaguely detached look on his face. They met when Nick directed Bridget in the sorority thriller “The Telling.” He happens to be Hollywood royalty – he’s the grandson of movie pioneer Hal Roach and his father was an astronaut.
