KYLIE JENNER OR CHARLIZE THERON: TAKE YOUR PICK
Somehow we missed this Charlize Theron instagram post from a few weeks ago and it’s worth revisiting. Charlize’s little girl made up her mom’s face and Charlize posted it next to makeup mogul Kylie Jenner’s heavily made up face and over-lined lips. She captioned it “Who’s who?” It’s not insulting, but a very subtle commentary on Kylie’s fakery.

HILARIA MADE A FOOL OF HIM AND ALEC BALDWIN IS FURIOUS!
Living with angry Alec Baldwin must be a nightmare this week since it was revealed that his wife Hilaria humiliated him by faking her personal history. During their marriage, Alec often affectionately joked about his Spanish wife and her habits. Why didn’t he get suspicious when he met her waspy parents from Boston? Did Hilaria also lie about graduating from NYU? What ELSE did she tell Alec about herself that we don’t even know about? (Wikipedia oddly lists her age as “36 or 37”) One person on Twitter revealed Hilaria’s true identity and many of her Boston high school classmates celebrated the truth FINALLY coming out. Hilaria is blaming everyone else for “misrepresenting her” and said she never reads about herself. Her confession “Yes, I am a white girl” has NOTHING to do with ANYTHING! She’s been caught red-handed. Alec is totally embarrassed and furious that Hilaria has made him look foolish – of course, he’s blaming Twitter for the fuss, calling it “a vast orchard of crap.” (Now’s a good time for Alex to review those anger management classes he took) Meanwhile the Twitter whistle-blower says she’s afraid volatile Alec will punch her. We wouldn’t want to be in Hilaria’s shoes now either…

DAVID BECKHAM’S BOYS ARE CUTE BUT THEY’RE NOT SOCCER FANATICS
David Beckham is resigned to the fact that his sons are not following in his footsteps. Brooklyn, 21, above right, is more interested in photography and is now planning his wedding. David’s youngest son Cruz, 15, is a musician and aspires to have a show business career like his mother Victoria. Romeo, 16, (not pictured) is more interested in tennis than soccer. That leaves nine year old Harper to carry on the family tradition – indeed, she is already playing soccer every week (to David’s delight) and loves it.

PIERRE CARDIN WAS ALL ABOUT THE FUTURE
Little did we know that Pierre Cardin (who just died at the age of 98) created the suits that The Beatles wore in the photo that introduced them to the world. Their fashion was revolutionary at the time and nothing was ever the same afterward. Cardin was enormously influential in creating the mod sixties for both men and women- and design in general. He was openly inspired by the Apollo space program and futurism. Besides clothing, he designed textiles, furniture, and even buildings. Actually he was one of the architects of mid-century modern, which is so adored now.

MARIA SHARAPOVA AND ELVIS
Tennis champ Maria Sharapova, 33, got engaged this week to British businessman Alexander Gilkes, who has ties to the royal family. But the real news here is the fact that she posed for photos with OUR Bedlington Terrier Elvis! Maria loves the business world herself and she was promoting her wearable designer weights (on her wrists) and candy line Sugarpova, with photos taken at our house. She is 6’2” and quite beautiful – Elvis was enchanted…

JERSEY SHORE’S PAULY D: TOTAL MAKEOVER …OR JUST A DYE JOB?
Jersey Shore’s Pauly D has a whole new look, so naturally The Sun tabloid called in a plastic surgeon to figure out what he might have had done to change his face. Often women change their hair color or cut to distract attention when they have had plastic surgery. So it’s interesting that Pauly just grew a beard and dyed his hair blond before showing off his new look. The cosmetic surgeon decided that Pauly must have had an eyelift and fillers, along with “abdominal etching” on his abs (not shown here.) The Jersey Shore gang LOVES spending their money on cosmetic procedures – the girls have had a lot done, and Ronnie had lipo on his six-pack abs via The Doctors show also.

LILY COLLINS IS HOPELESSLY IN LOVE WITH REDFORD
Emily in Paris star Lily Collins and her boyfriend, filmmaker Charlie McDowell, took a chance and adopted this little pooch last December. They “took a chance” because their relationship was still fairly new, and it would be awful to split up and both want custody of the dog. They named him Redford (there IS a resemblance) and happily they got engaged in September, so little Redford has a happy home and two doting parents.

WHAT DID ALEC BALDWIN REALLY KNOW ABOUT HIS WIFE?
Alec Baldwin is outraged about charges that his wife Hilaria has been passing herself off as Spanish, but we wonder if she fooled HIM too! Years ago, when he first started dating her, she was described as a Spanish yoga teacher named Hilaria Thomas and she had a pronounced accent. Neither she nor Alex EVER attempted to correct that information, so it was assumed to be accurate. It turns out she was born Hillary Hayward-Thomas (both parents were American college professors without a drop of Spanish blood) and grew up in Massachusetts. In 2011, her parents retired to Majorca, Spain. Hilaria and Alex have five children- ALL with Spanish names! By all accounts, Hilaria is an exceptional mother and excellent yoga instructor- so her desire to be perceived as Spanish is even more disconcerting! Do her children think they are Spanish? We’ll let Alec figure that out.
