AJ Benza Book The Gossip Show

LONG TIME NO SEE: GOSSIP TURNED AUTHOR AJ BENZA

We haven’t seen former gossip columnist AJ Benza out and about for awhile. Apparently he’s been putting the finishing touches on his new book. We both appeared on The Gossip Show on E! for years and it was always one of their top rates series. It was cancelled when some important celebrity publicists took offense at what we gossip reporters said about their clients (the truth can hurt!) PR people threatened to ban the E! channel from their red carpet events and celebrity interviews if the show wasn’t cancelled. That was IT. AJ ‘s new book is called ‘74 and Sunny and it is described, surprisingly, as a sensitive memoir. Above, he and Lisa Gastineau are at Craig’s.

We’ve always had a crush on Richard Gere, but suddenly he seems to have aged overnight. Then we realized it’s simply because he’s standing next to his 34 years YOUNGER girlfriend, Spanish socialite Alejandra Silva, 32. He almost looks like her grandfather. That’s the drawback of romancing someone decades younger.

JOHNNY DEPP IS SURROUNDED BY BISEXUAL WOMEN – AND HE’S QUITE HAPPY

Johnny Depp still doesn’t look comfortable in his own skin – he’s had that portly look for awhile. But his young wife Amber Heard’s career is going full steam ahead. They turned up on the red carpet for the premier of her new film The Danish Girl. Johnny says he was not surprised to learn that his sixteen year old daughter Lily-Rose is “sexually fluid.” (ambiguous) In fact, they are very close and have discussed the matter. Coincidentally or not, Johnny’s wife Amber is also “sexually fluid.”

A LITTLE HAPPINESS FOR CHAZ BONO

We can’t REMEMBER the last time Chaz Bono looked this happy. Cher’s transgender son has been melancholy lately because he’s convinced that women are “repulsed” by him. He’s been basically alone since he and his fiancee Jennifer Elia broke up in 2011. Chaz turned up at the premier of The Danish Girl with blonde actress Sarah Schreiber, and looks like he’s having fun for a change. Being transgender is in no way easy.

Rihanna Travis Scott Walk of Shame

RIHANNA’S WALK OF SHAME

Rihanna might be used to it, but for most people it would be very disconcerting to be photographed in the morning leaving the home of someone they spent the night with. Especially a new relationship. Rihanna, 27, has been linked to rapper-songwriter Travis Scott, 23, on and off for a few months. They started the evening at Jay Z’s nightclub 40/40, and finished up at Sono in New York. They got home very late to Travis’s New Jersey hotel. The next morning Rihanna was photographed leaving the hotel and she didn’t look happy about it. Her AM attire was a baseball cap, sweats, and bedroom slippers. Her bodyguard followed her carrying her purse and OVERNIGHT BAG. This was no last minute decision. Bald Hair! Rose McGowan

ROSE MCGOWAN: “NO HAIR DON’T CARE!”

Rose McGowan continues to amaze us. We totally support her views against Caitlyn Jenner as Glamour’s Woman of the Year, but she was forced to quiet down when online haters disagreed. A few days ago she “liberated” herself by shaving her head! Rose documented the event on Instagram and captioned the “after” photo as “The alien has landed.” Last night she and her artist husband Davey Detail showed off her new look at Chateau Marmont and she looks quite beautiful. We love the outfit too.

GLAMOURIZED HONEY BOO BOO GOES HOLLYWOOD!

Omigosh! Honey Boo Boo is growing up FAST – with the help of Hollywood beauty experts. She and Mama June and Sugar Bear walked the red carpet at the premier of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. June and Sugar Bear participated on the show with their problematic relationship. Boo Boo is 10 now and she’s already wearing fake eyelashes, make up, and high heels. And her hair was professionally blown out for this event. Mama June still swears that the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo show Will RETURN on another network, but we’ll see it to believe it.

6’3” tough guy Liev Schreiber is master of “the serious face.” He usually plays brutal, silent characters like “Ray Donovan,” but he was totally believable as the brainy Russian chess champ, Boris Spassky, in “Pawn Sacrifice.“ His versatility is no accident – he graduated from Yale Drama School. And by Hollywood standards, his ten year marriage to Naomi Watts is a long one. They have two sons – Samuel and Alexander – and Liev manages to spend a lot of time with them. Above, he’s walking the boys to school in New York. The fact that he’s not so hard-boiled and has a soft side makes him more appealing.

MATT LAUER FAILED TO ASK CHARLIE SHEEN IF HE HAD SEX WITH MEN!

We’re betting that females won’t be the only people considering lawsuits against Charlie Sheen for not disclosing that he was infected with HIV before they had sex. If we remember correctly, during his heaviest drug addled days he requested the services of prostitutes of both sexes. Sometimes more than one at a time. To be honest, we’re not sure if they have a case, because isn’t it up to each individual to protect his or herself? And the question has come up: Is it actually against the law in California not to reveal HIV status to sex partners? Our BIGGEST mystery is: Why didn’t Matt Lauer ask Charlie if he had sex with men?”
