Newly blonde Katy Perry seemed to have a Marilyn moment, but the wind didn’t actually catch her mini skirt – her stiff skirt has a built-in flip. She was on the red carpet at The Smurfs premier in New York and it’s a big day because this is Katy’s first role in a feature film.
