Melissa Gilbert and Timothy Busfield didn’t waste any time – they got engaged in December, and they got married yesterday in San Ysidro. “Little House on the Prairie” star Melissa, 48, has been married twice before so she decided “what the heck!” and wore a blood red strapless gown. “Thirtysomething” actor Busfield, 55, was embarrassed last year when a date charged him with groping her at the Arclight Theater! The matter was dropped and apparently Melissa had no problem with it. Let’s hope the two TV stars live happily ever after…
Janet Jackson has been married for a year and totally kept it a secret! Smart move too – she married her longtime billionaire boyfriend Wissam Al Mana who happens to be from Qatar, the wealthiest country in the world! We’re betting her own family wasn’t invited to the small private wedding last year. If they had been, surely one of her brothers would have blabbed about the event to get himself on TV. Janet is nervous about her family spending time with Wissam because she’s afraid her brothers will hit on him for loans or try to get him to invest in their questionable projects and schemes. His subsequent marriage to Scarlett Johansson lasted for two years and it’s rumored that the relationship dissolved because their careers kept them far apart and Scarlett admitted she didn’t try hard enough to make it work. Undaunted, Ryan fell hard for his Green Lantern costar Blake Lively, 25, and you knew where that was headed when they bought a house in New York together. Their South Carolina wedding Sunday WAS a surprise, however. Since Ryan seems to be a one woman man, we’re betting he’s feeling very content today. They seem like a great match.

Justin Timberlake has been located, and he’s in the middle of saying “I do!” A source just told us that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are getting married in Jackson Hole, Wyoming as we write this! They pulled a fast one on everybody! They are in the middle of their ceremony at a very fancy private estate and members of the wedding party are staying at the Four Seasons Hotel there. Jessica lied in a recent interview when she was asked about the upcoming nuptials and insisted “We haven’t planned a thing!”

This pretty young 28 year old girl married 54 year old curmudgeon Alec Baldwin this weekend. We like Alex, but he does complain a lot. What do you call a male cougar? Without makeup, Hilaria Thomas could pass for a teenager. It’s always nice when two people FIND each other and age SHOULDN’T matter, but how will their friends mix? The age difference is a novelty at first, but having several generations between them means they both have to constantly explain things to each other that people the same age already know. We’re guessing Hilaria wanted security and she got it.

The first thing we thought of when we heard about the surprise marriage of Giovanni Ribisi, 37, and British supermodel Agyness Deyn, 29, was “Is she a Scientologist?” Ribisi, an accomplished character actor who played Phoebe’s brother on “Friends,” comes from an active family of Scientologists. And they all married Scientologists. Agyness just landed her first leading role in the UK movie “Sunset Song.” Deyn dated several musicians before surprising everyone with this marriage. We had no idea these two even KNEW each other. Hopefully, she won’t have to convert for him.
There’s something we can’t help but like about multi-billionaire Mark Zuckerberg. As wealthy as he is, Mark lives a relatively understated life (he lines up at the food truck at lunchtime with everyone else) and still has a powerful work ethic. He doesn’t flaunt his success and incredible wealth or isolate himself from society. He’s had the same equally brainy girlfriend, Priscilla Chan, for over nine years and they had a simple wedding this weekend. A hundred people – in his backyard – a ruby ring. No big fuss. Surprised guests thought they were invited to celebrate Priscilla’s graduation from medical school. We’re happy for them.

Back in 1957 Jerry caused a huge scandal and nearly ended his career when he married his 13 year old cousin Myra. Rusty’s not happy but he begrudgingly told The Enquirer that his exwife will probably gamble away all Jerry’s money in the casinos like she did his.

The openly gay singer exchanged vows on the beach at the St. Regis resort in Bora Bora on January 12 with his muscular boyfriend of four years, Carlos Gonzalez, a financier from Puerto Rico. According to a friend, the couple shelled out over $10,000 a night for the most luxurious over-water bungalow at the five star resort and exchanged their own vows in a candlelit ceremony on the beach. “It wasn’t legally binding but it was spiritual and personal,” the friend says. “They have twins and in their eyes they’ve been married forever.”
