KIM BASINGER’S DAUGHTER IRELAND LOVES TO SOAK UP THE SUN

Kim Basinger is famous for avoiding the sun all her life. She keeps herself covered at all times and has someone following her with an umbrella when she has to shoot a scene outside. Her daughter Ireland, 17, however, is a beach bunny who’s comfortable in a bikini. She loves to hang out on the shore with her boyfriend Slater Trout, who happens to be a champion stand up paddle boarder. Ireland and Slater are the same height – 6’2”. The Baldwin clan is gathering in Manhattan this weekend for Alec’s marriage to Hilaria Thomas. This includes his 16 year old daughter Ireland and her new mystery boyfriend. Ireland, her cousin Kaia, and her unidentified beau cooled off with gelato in Greenwich Village Friday. The boyfriend didn’t tell his name but he did reveal that they met at an Easter party and for him “It was love at first sight.”

Alec Baldwin is trying very hard to contain himself and ignore the paparazzi following him and his striking daughter Ireland, 16 (whom he once called a “rude little pig.”) They went out for breakfast in New York together and thanks to Alec’s recent antics, had barely a private moment. Fortunately, Ireland has grown up to be a knockout and a dead ringer for her gorgeous mother Kim Basinger. She’d better get used to cameras following her.

ALEC BALDWIN WON’T BE ABLE TO AVOID BAD PRESS AS LONG AS KIM BASINGER IS AROUND

Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger still seem to have the most dysfunctional Hollywood divorce. Alec endeavors to cultivate a nice relationship with his daughter, Ireland, now 14, but things went awry last night. From what we put together, Alec and Ireland were arguing at midnight and Alec took an Ambien which “gave him a bad reaction.” Ireland seemed to assume Alec was taking pills in a harmful way and called 911. Alec allowed himself to be taken to the hospital to be checked out in order to avoid further problems. He returned at 2 AM to find paparazzi waiting for him. Alec assumes Kim notified the press to make him look bad. Ireland seems to be caught between her father’s volatile temperament and her mother’s supposed vindictiveness.
