GABRIEL AUBRY PICKS UP NAHLA WHILE HALLE BERRY IS HOME TAKING FRENCH LESSONS

Gabriel Aubry often says that his daughter Nahla is his first priority and he finds great joy in taking her to and from school. He has good reason to be fearful that his ex Halle Berry plans to move to Paris with their daughter and her fiancee Olivier Martinez. Halle means business. Not only was she checking out schools in Paris recently but she is in the process of learning French with a private Berlitz tutor. Gabriel’s only hope is that the court won’t allow Halle to take Nahla so far away.

This is the kind of photo that probably breaks Gabriel Aubry’s heart just a little. His daughter Nahla is frolicking on the beach in Malibu with her mom Halle Berry and Halle’s fiance Olivier Martinez – looking like a happy family. Next week the movie “Dark Tide” in which Halle and Olivier play deep sea divers avoiding sharks will be released – they fell in love while filming on the ocean.

GABRIEL AUBRY MAKES A CAPTIVATING FIRST IMPRESSION

Gabriel Aubry has been getting a lot of bad press thanks to his ex Halle Berry, but we’ve been told he’s actually quite a nice guy. A pretty young brunette was at the bar of a Hollywood restaurant when Gabriel caught her eye and walked up to her. He told her “Has anyone ever told you that you look like Kim Kardashian?” She was a little flabbergasted at the corny pickup line, but totally swept away by his sweet and modest manner. “He actually seemed a little shy.” They chatted a bit and he asked if she was single. She told us it was really difficult to say she wasn’t single, because he was SO nice, not to mention drop-dead good-looking. Temptation!

Olivier Martinez is happily carrying Nahla and he and Halle Berry arrive at a cafe for Sunday brunch. Halle is still on crutches after breaking her foot and her cast is festively decorated. Apparently Olivier is not alarmed by the nasty custody battle going on between Halle and her ex Gabriel Aubry. Halle is charging Gabriel with all sorts of violent and angry behavior in the presence of their child (he has to attend anger management classes) but Nahla seems to really love her daddy.

Halle Berry seems to be loosening up a bit and allowing her ex Gabriel Aubry more time with their daughter Nahla. Maybe because she HAS to. In the photo above, Halle is dropping off Nahla at preschool and she has a big new cast on her foot. The day before when she dropped off her daughter there was no cast. What happened to her foot is open for speculation. (Above, Halle delivered Nahla in the morning and Gabriel picked her up after school.)

Gabriel Aubry has limited time with his daughter Nahla so he took her to a Beverly Hills park for some fun. Gabriel has been battling his ex Halle Berry in court for joint custody of their daughter but Halle can afford bloodthirsty lawyers so she has an edge. Aubry’s big mistake was having two dates with Kim Kardashian last year before Kim hooked up with Kris Humphries. Halle flipped out and the legal battle escalated with lurid accusations galore. Ironically, Nahla seems to look more like her handsome daddy every day.

According to the Hollywood grapevine, Halle Berry is really freaked out by the stalker that has been climbing her wall and looking in her kitchen window. She no longer feels safe in her house and is looking around for another one that has not only high walls and a gate, but a private street with security. In the back of her mind she’s also afraid that her baby daddy Gabriel will use the safety issue to get more custody time with Nahla because nobody stalks HIM, and THAT is pushing her to find another home.

HALLE BERRY IS IN THE HABIT OF BADMOUTHING HER EXES

We’re starting to have our doubts about Halle Berry. It seems that she’s in the habit of trashing every man she’s been with. She implied physical abuse from her husband David Justice and asked for a restraining order. (Justice later said “I always felt like I was walking on eggshells around her. Everything I did was wrong.”) Her second husband Eric Benet was branded a “sex addict.” She also accused an unnamed actor/boyfriend of physical abuse to the extent that he broke her eardrum. Everyone assumed she meant Wesley Snipes. Then there was the Chicago dentist, an exboyfriend who sued her for $80,000 he lent her while she was a struggling young actress- he claimed he paid for breast implants, etc. Breaking up with Halle can be very dangerous. Gabriel Aubry is already being accused of using the n-word with her. We’ll believe it when she proves it with an email or tape. Meanwhile, Olivier Martinez must be shaking in his motorcycle boots.

HALLE BERRY’S JEALOUS RAGE OVER KIM KARDASHIAN DATING GABRIEL AUBRY

Who knew that Kim Kardashian could throw Halle Berry into such a jealous fury? Because of Kim, Halle and Gabriel Aubry are headed for a nasty court battle over custody of their daughter Nahla. It all started LONG after Halle hooked up with Olivier Martinez, and seemed quite content. She and Gabriel were sharing time with Nahla. Gabriel made the mistake of having a few dates with Kim K and when Halle found out, she FREAKED. She gave him an ultimatum to “choose between dating Kim and seeing Nahla” and threatened to keep him away from his daughter. He didn’t see Kim again, but when Aubry realized Halle was using their daughter as a means to control him, he started legal proceedings to clarify his custody rights. According to RadarOnline, Aubry has some nasty voicemails and emails from her that reveal how manipulative and controlling Halle is, just in case he needs them. This is shaping up to be a very revealing court battle.
