All we can say is WOW. “Young Adult” star Charlize Theron is such an effortless natural beauty and she is radiant in this photo taken as she arrived at The Letterman Show. Many women can look beautiful on the cover of a magazine with good lighting and lots of help, but Charlize looks drop dead gorgeous just walking down the STREET. No photoshopping necessary.
A certain pharmacist in New York casually remarked to a friend of ours that Demi Moore has been using HGH (Human Growth Hormone) for YEARS. We were fascinated because that WOULD explain her unnaturally youthful and sinewy looks. HGH supposedly turns fat to muscle and turns back the clock as far as skin and hair and energy are concerned. Sylvester Stallone is a huge fan of the product, which is not illegal in this country, but somewhat suspect. Side effects from long-term use have not been established and there could be a price to pay for the youth enhancing shots.
Anyone who has seen Rob Lowe in person knows that he has amazingly beautiful skin (rosy cheeks) and shiny hair like a model, in spite of the fact that he is now 47. His age-defying genuine good looks make him a natural to come out with a men’s skincare line. According to Merle Ginsberg at The Hollywood Reporter, the products are now in development, but won’t be available until next year.

She must have figured no one would recognize her when Cher got into the passenger seat of a black Bentley while wearing some kind of industrial strength facial masque. She was spotted by an observant paparazzi being driven on Pacific Coast Highway – perhaps on her way home. We can just imagine her screams when she sees these photos!

Wonder if Jennifer Lopez takes longer than ever to get ready for a big evening out since she was named “Most Beautiful Woman in the World” by People magazine. She probably has a bunch of people putting her together and it was all worth it. She lived up to her title at the Costume Institute Gala in New York.
Jennifer Lopez might be flattered to learn that a woman in Florida set fire to her husband’s possessions after he showed too much enthusiasm while watching one of Jennifer’s movies. Apparently the husband couldn’t stop raving about Jen’s beauty and the next day, in a jealous frenzy, Shannon Wriska, 34, (above left) set fire to his favorite toys – his go-cart, his boat, and his jacuzzi . (She poured gasoline in the jacuzzi.) She packed her car and took off, but was apprehended without incident. Shannon denied all charges and accused her husband of setting the fires himself. We suspect there was substance abuse involved here.
Raquel Welch is actively promoting her new book “Beyond the Cleavage: The Real Story Behind the Sex Symbol” which includes not only her life story but her opinions on many subjects. We applaud her for writing the book herself, with no ghost writer, but were a bit perplexed by some of her advice to women on growing older. Ravishing Raquel is approaching 70, and she urges women to embrace ageing and not be afraid. But is HAS been pointed out that her photo on the book cover has been liberally air-brushed. Her amazing natural good looks would have been way more effective than the photoshopped version of herself.
