She was spotted by an observant paparazzi being driven on Pacific Coast Highway – perhaps on her way home. We can just imagine her screams when she sees these photos!

Miley Cyrus’s half brother Chris Cyrus, 17, is still hoping some of her stardust will rub off on him. Miley’s dad Billy Ray had a fling with Chris’s mother, a waitress in South Carolina around the same time he was seeing Trish. Chris, the love child, was born less than a year before Miley and although Billy Ray acknowledged his son, Chris has never spent much time with his dad. He’s only seen Miley around five times in his life. Chris is currently working in a Texas electronics store for $7.50 an hour and he has no car. Maybe Chris is releasing provocative photos of himself to stimulate opportunities.
