Miley Cyrus, 19, has never looked better. She’s pictured here at the iHeart Music Festival in Las Vegas. She seems to have left that hillbilly girl behind her and morphed into a modern young woman. By the way, she and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth have NOT split. He can’t always be by her side because he has a career of his own. In fact, she lovingly dropped him off at LAX a few days ago so he could fly to the “Catching Fire” set in Atlanta.
