Catch and Kill by Ronan Farrow is one of the most important books we have read this year. AT LONG LAST, someone has cared enough – and been BRAVE enough -to document some of the sex crimes perpetrated by men in powerful positions against young women. These cronies covered up for each other for a long time and less are getting away with it now, thanks to people like Ronan Farrow. Matt Lauer has long had a questionable reputation as a womanizer – we just didn’t realize how bad it was. Same with Harvey Weinstein. Both were extensively examined in the book. Now, disgruntled Matt Lauer is questioning Farrow’s reporting practices as “flawed” – hoping to raise doubts about his accuracy. Farrow’s information was fact checked and re-checked by his diligent publisher. No doubts here.

Ronan is an excellent journalist.
Mr. Farrow won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service because of his reporting with The New Yorker on the sexual assault allegations brought against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Now where is your Pulitzer Mr. Lauer? Also, I think you should leave well enough alone because I believe people will look under your rug to find out what else has been swept under it.
Matt needs to shut the hell up.
Janet Cooke also won a Pulitzer & was forced to return it, when they found out she made the entire article up.
So let’s see what happens over the next few months with this.
I know Lauer doesn’t have clean hands, so the question is does Farrow? Some of his reporting seems to be too good to be true.
Did Janet know about Harvey? It was supposedly an open secret. Why didn’t you say something Janet?
What about TMZ? Was Harvey Levin covering up to get access to Weinstein clients?
Can’t stand either one of them. If I had to pick one to side with it would be Lauer. There is something totally creepy about Farow. He’s SAF and has been brainwashed bu his equally cuckoo mother. He’s not straight up. Weird man. Don’t trust him at all.
