KATE MIDDLETON: THE SUICIDE NURSE HAD A HISTORY OF TRYING TO KILL HERSELF

We told you so! It turns out the suicide nurse who transferred the prank call at the hospital where Kate Middleton was, has a HISTORY of suicide. Just as we predicted. All those people out there so quick to point to BLAME the Australian DJ’s should be ashamed for jumping the gun and making hasty accusations. The ill-fated nurse had serious mental problems – she was on heavy anti- depressants and had attempted suicide twice in the last year alone (pills and jumping off a building.) The DJ’s who made the harmless prank call lost their jobs and deserve an apology – we hope their radio station bosses come to their senses and rehire them. And hopefully those judgmental people so eager to find someone to BLAME have learned a lesson.

Like the Kardashians are fond of saying, “everything the tabloids write eventually comes TRUE.” Bethenny Frankel has been denying that her marriage is in trouble while magazines trumpeted she and her husband Jason Hoppy were arguing incessantly and both seeing divorce lawyers. Today Bethenny announced to US magazine that she and her husband are, indeed, separating after only two years of marriage. Supposedly Jason isn’t as fiercely ambitious as his wife and that caused problems. Sounds like a good match to us, but you never know. At least the tabloids are thrilled!

Talk about unexpected hook-ups. Rob Kardashian’s ego may never be the same. He tweeted his outrage when he accused his “girlfriend” singer Rita Ora of cheating with “20 dudes” recently. We didn’t know who any of the cheating partners were until now. Us magazine says that Rob was particularly incensed when he heard that Rita had picked up “Moneyball” star Jonah Hill at a bar in New York and they went home together. THAT was the last straw for their romance. Rita insists she never had a real relationship with Rob and prefers to play the field. Rob, who considers himself quite a catch, is probably still IN SHOCK.

CAN TOM HARDY FILL MEL GIBSON’S BOOTS AS MAD MAX?

Everything old is new again. Tom Hardy (above right) is hot and sexy in his reincarnated role in the new “Mad Max,” and he certainly compares favorably to the original star Mel Gibson in his prime. But will the new movie have the fashion impact of the original? The ragged, post-apocalyptic look of the original 1979 film with its abundance of twisted metal, feathers, and leather, was an inspiration to designers and club kids in the fashion world. It took the punk look one step further. Mel Gibson’s Max will be hard to beat.

JESSICA SIMPSON IS GIVING WEIGHT WATCHERS A BAD NAME

What the heck is going on with Jessica Simpson? Everything she does seems motivated by that four million dollar contract she has with Weight Watchers. After she claimed to gain 70 pounds in baby weight, she gave birth to Maxwell in May, and started desperately trying to lose weight so she could fulfill her Weight Watchers deal. Following a highly visible struggle, she seemed to start making progress when she surprised everyone by getting pregnant again. She still refuses to acknowledge the fact. Recently, she did a photo shoot for WW – while loudly CLAIMING to have lost 50 pounds. In the photos she’s wearing “fat clothes” – the kind of layered stuff women wear when they feel bloated, and she’s far from slim. Has she admitted to Weight Watchers that she is pregnant again? Will it alter her payday with them? She’s being very secretive and not very honest. We’re starting not to trust Weight Watchers, either!

WEALTHY FRENCH CELEBRITIES IRATE OVER 75% INCOME TAX ARE LEAVING!

We can’t help but wonder if there will be a mass exodus of celebrities and other wealthy citizens in France because their new 75% wealth tax starts next year. Anyone earning over $1.3 million is subject to the new tax and these taxpayers are outraged. (And we thought WE had it bad here!) Iconic actor Gerard Depardieu loudly attacked the government for the new tax and announced he is moving to Belgium. He was heavily criticized by politicians and the media. Karl Lagerfeld also voiced his anger and we can imagine many in the fashion industry are also upset. Alain Delon and Johnny Hallyday successfully relocated out of the country under the radar.

SETH ROGAN CALLED BARBRA STREISAND “AN OLD JEWISH LADY!”

Seth Rogen made some incredibly off the wall comments about his “Guilt Trip” costar Barbra Streisand yesterday. (Maybe he’s tired of doing most of the work promoting the film.) When asked how it felt working with such an “icon,” Seth quipped “To me, she’s just like an old Jewish lady – I WASN’T the biggest fan on earth. She knows how to annoy people and I know what it’s like to be annoyed BY people. She feeds you a lot and then criticizes you for eating too much.” He admitted Barbra DID give him a gift – socks and underwear from The Gap. Seth also had unexpected comments about Barbra’s husband James Brolin – “her husband is sexy and rugged – he’s the most masculine man I’ve ever been around.” Wonder what Barbra thought about all this….

SCIENTOLOGISTS ARE ACCUSED OF HARMING PETS OF THOSE WHO CRITICIZED THE CHURCH

Scientology leader David Miscavige is not happy about the fact that the reporter who wrote a 24 article series exposing Scientology in the early 90’s for the LA Times is re-examining his experience in Los Angeles magazine. Before he wrote about the church, few people were aware of their malevolence. It took Joel Sappell five years to prepare the expose and he suffered appalling harassment at the hands of the church, back when they had money and power to burn. Even his dog was poisoned. His experience frightened other writers from reporting about the church for years. Check it out this month in LA Magazine.
