Forgetting Sarah Marshall star Jason Segel, 41, took elaborate health precautions and pulled his sleeve down to cover his hand when he used a fan’s pen to sign an autograph at a recent Hollywood event. BEN AFFLECK: FROM REHAB DIRECTLY TO CRAIG’S

Ben Affleck had quite a busy day. he took time out from looking at multimillion dollar mansions with Jennifer Lopez yesterday and paid a visit to an important place: his rehab of choice- The Canyon in Malibu. Ben has had treatment at the ultra-posh 240 acre rehab three times – in 2018 he stayed for forty days. The center offers considerable relapse prevention help for clients and apparently Ben doesn’t want problems now that he’s back in action with Jennifer. Later that day, Ben and Jen took Jennifer’s 13 year old daughter Emme to dinner at Craig’s.

PETE DAVIDSON IS STILL THE LUCKIEST GUY IN TOWN

Looks like Pete Davidson will not have TIME to return to Saturday Night Live next season. Success just seems to be falling into his lap! He has 3 or 4 movies already lined up (one with Tom Hardy!) and he just started filming Meet Cute in New York with Kaley Cuoco. It’s a romantic comedy about a young couple who find a way to time travel back into their lover’s past, fix their problems, and change them into the perfect partner. Pete, 27, and Kaley, 35, have been seen all around NY (and New Jersey Six Flags) in looking like a real-life fun couple. YUNGBLUD: GAY, STRAIGHT, OR WHAT?

We cannot figure out if Yungblud is pretending to be gay- or pretending to be straight! The hot UK singer (real name Dominic Harrison) is no stranger to heavily applied makeup, fancy colored hair, and short skirts, but all his romances have been with women! We’ve gotten used to rappers in dresses – – like Young Thug, Andre 3000, and recently, Kid Cudi on Saturday Night Live. They love the attention it gives them, but there are no sexual questions asked. Yungblud often SAYS he’s polyamorous or pansexual but he DID used to date Halsey (who, coincidentally or not, also claims to be pansexual) and other women, but no guys. Has pansexuality become so cool that all the popstars want in on it?

ROB ZOMBIE: LOOKS ARE DECEIVING

You can’t help but notice Rob Zombie shopping with his wife Sheri Moon in Hollywood. At first glance you might think he’s just another homeless guy or demented hillbilly, but Rob is an accomplished musician/director who specializes in shock-rock theatricality. The hair and beard aren’t doing him any favors – at 56, he’s actually younger than Brad Pitt, but looks decades older. He DOES have a soft spot- in 1982, he became an “ethical vegan” after seeing footage from a slaughterhouse and now he cares for rescued farm animals on a Connecticut property he owns.

McDonald’s has been enjoying some excellent profits thanks to their collaborations with pop and rap stars. Travis Scoot’s meals SOLD OUT at many McDonalds. Latest offer is the Saweetie Meal that comes wrapped in sparkly paper. Rapper Sweetie’s hand-picked meal consists of a Big Mac, 4 chicken McNuggets, (with Saweetie n’ Sour BBQ sauces) medium fries, and a medium Sprite. McDonald’s is NOT revealing the price because prices vary with locations, but we CAN tell you the CALORIE COUNT of her meal: a whopping 1370 calories! So don’t eat anything else all day!

SEAN PENN’S FLAG DAY HAS LITTLE TO CELEBRATE

Sean Penn and his daughter Dylan looked really happy just a few weeks ago at The Cannes Film Festival when their father-daughter movie Flag Day premiered. Their festive mood didn’t last long- Cannes reviewers had nothing good to say about the film, calling it torpid, drab, ponderous, and grandiose. Just five years ago Sean debuted his film The Last Face at Cannes and the audience alternately laughed out loud and booed- declaring the film the “worst” at Cannes. So he probably wasn’t surprised. If this film doesn’t make money, at least it might give Dylan’s acting career a boost…

LADY GAGA AND THE INFLATABLE DRESS

Lady Gaga might be the only woman on earth who would wear this dress- and we bet she didn’t pay for it. Certainly it’s a loaner from a designer looking for publicity. Even Gaga wouldn’t PAY to look balloonish. The frock is not flattering from any angle but it IS good for a laugh. We’re not sure how it’s built inside and can’t help but wonder what happens when – or if she CAN- sit down. She must have a big ball of fabric on her lap. Probably designed by a man with a wicked sense of humor…
