Former Million Dollar Listing star Chad Rogers, 33, partied at Chateau Marmont with no chance of his skinny pants falling down. He wore suspenders AND a belt. We do like the bow tie. According to Chad’s website, he closed on over 80 million dollars worth of property in 2010. He took that money and bought himself a 2 bedroom, 1700 sq ft condo for $850,000 near the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. He and his chihuahua Starla have moved in. Oh, and he paid CASH. Who needs reality TV?

I just have to say that Chad is now and will always be one of the best dressed guys in LA. I love his style and his confidence. He is the only reason I ever watched MDL and will not watch it now that he’s gone. Keep rockin the GUCCI Chad……You wear it well. Also Starla is the cutest thing ever.
When if first started watching MDL I found him unbelievably annoying, but he totally grew on me. He has a strong work ethic and is kind of quirky. I’m w/you, Timothy. I just haven’t been interested in MDL now that I know he’s not on anymore.

This guy is 33 years old????? I have watched a few episodes and I thought he was like 20 or something, which at least would explain his odd personality. A 33 year old boy is not someone I would hire to broker my ebay account, let alone sell my luxury home.
I thought I would miss Chad but the guy who replaced his is adorable, straight and believably normal, IOW a breath of fresh air? I can’t get enough of this show now!
^^No one any one of you made you comment, if he’s so not worth your time, why bother commenting at all? Chad Rogers is a GREAT realtor and MDL is no where near as interesting without him. You think he looks like a kid but wait till he’s in his 50’s-60’s and he still looks amazing. We’ll see who’s laughing then. Don’t pick on Chad because you’re jealous of his success, style, wit, and fanatic looks. 🙂

THIS GUY HAS THIN THIGHS AND IS REALLY GOOD SHAPE AND LOOKS SO YOUNG AND IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH LESS STRESS AND WORRY LIFE.
Smooth and easy and his life is going in a really good direction and he is taking care of himself and being really strong and having a good life.
He is the boss of his life and he is going in a positive and strong direction and there fore he is learning as he goes throw life and he is doing an incredible job.
