FANS ARE STILL SPENDING BIG TIME AT THE HOLLYWOOD COLLECTOR'S SHOW

The Hollywood Collectors Show in Burbank seems to be flourishing – perhaps because of the economic downturn. Past-their-prime celebrities have realized how much cash they can make and suddenly it’s hip to sell autographs and photos at $20 a pop and up. Excited fans lined up around the block to meet the three most popular stars featured in this past weekend’s show – Paul Reubens, Joan Collins, and Tony Curtis. Even Daniel Baldwin was there. Insiders estimate that Paul Reubens (above, looking adorable, with a masked fan) raked in the most bucks because he sold loads of Pee Wee Herman videos and movies besides photos etc. “Over $10,000 per day.”

Big Adventure

Don’t know about you, but we still love Pee Wee Herman, and we were upset to learn there was a special screening of Pee Wee’s Big Adventure at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery (movie night) Saturday night and WE MISSED it! The movie was sold out and all the picnickers on their blankets and folding lawn chairs had a BIG SURPRISE! Paul Reubens and many cast members of the 1985 movie had a reunion right there on stage! The audience screamed and charged the stage with their cameras and phones. The two main characters I remember best are Paul and cutie pie E.G. Daily who played Pee Wee’s girlfriend.
