HOW BRILLIANT IS VH1 TO GIVE WESTON CAGE A REALITY SHOW?

HERE’S a reality show we won’t miss. Nicolas Cage’s ex Christina Fulton and their son Weston Cage have agreed to film a series for VH1, Weston has had nothing but problems for the past year – he was involved in a street fight that went viral, he was arrested for domestic violence twice, and he and his wife both landed in rehab. He’s in a black metal band called “Eyes of Noctum.” Christina, who is NOT fond of Weston’s father Nicolas Cage, compared their show to “a modern day Addams family.” We wonder if Weston, 20, will be moving back in with his mother – and what about his wife? Weston wants to convince us that he’s NOT crazy and having a reality show might prove it – one way or the other. We bet Nicolas will keep his distance from all this.

CHRISTINA FULTON LOST HER HOUSE BUT REFUSES TO LOSE HER SON WESTON

Christina Fulton has reached a settlement with her baby-daddy Nicolas Cage regarding the house he promised her, but failed to sign over to her – it was repossessed. It so happens we went to a yard sale at Christina’s enormous house located in Hancock Park a couple of years ago. It was a big property – close to an acre with a huge brick house and several other buildings on the landscaped lot. She was quite pleasant and selling her office furniture – we purchased her used white office chair for $100, which we are sitting on as we write this. We remember envying her luxurious circumstances, but everything changed, didn’t it? Now she and Nic are fighting over “custody” of their son Weston. Anytime Dog the Bounty Hunter’s Duane Chapman and his wife Beth visit a Hollywood hotspot like The Ivy, it’s a visual extravaganza. It looks like Dog is rocking new jeans for the occasion. Bailbondsman Chapman claims he posted the $11,000 bond to spring Nicolas Cage out of jail after his arrest in New Orleans. Hopefully the financially strapped Nicolas will be able to pay him back – or else he might end up being stalked on Dog’s show.

THE STORY BEHIND WESTON CAGE’S BEATING GETS MORE AND MORE INTERESTING

The Weston Cage story is far from over. According to Radaronline, the guy who beat up Weston was NOT his trainer but his high school wrestling coach, Kevin Villegas, who is adept at martial arts, and was hired to “protect” Weston. Protect him from WHAT? Was he self destructive in some way? Since when do protectors beat up their clients? Villegas beat Weston beyond all necessity to subdue him – Cage is being examined for head and brain traumas. Weston and his mother Christina Fulton used to be best buddies – she supported his music career and even got herself engaged to a Norwegian death rocker named Shagrath. We don’t know if they ever married, or why Christina wasn’t at Weston’s wedding. TMZ says Weston wouldn’t allow his mother to visit him at the hospital and she blamed the whole incident on Nicolas Cage. Did Nicolas hire the maniacal guy to watch his son? It’s a twisted and fascinating story.

WHAT REALLY CAUSED WESTON CAGE AND HIS TRAINER TO BRAWL ON THE STREET?

Dieting is hell, but who would guess that it would enrage Weston Cage to the point of brawling and getting locked up in a psycho ward ? Apparently he and his trainer were at the modest Farmer’s Kitchen restaurant in Hollywood where you would expect everything to be healthy. When his trainer nixed the food that the hungry death metal singer wanted to order off the menu, Cage (frontman for Eyes of Noctum, video above) flipped out and tried to kick him. After numerous bloody punches, the trainer subdued Cage on the sidewalk until cops could cart him away. (Sounds like they’re BOTH on steroids or some kind of machismo booster.) Nicolas Cage is with Weston at the hospital where he’s under observation. Weston’s music is definitely on the dark and violent side, but he always seemed like an okay kid.

NICOLAS CAGE: WHEN YOU CAN’T REMEMBER WHERE YOU LIVE, IT’S TIME FOR REHAB

Nicolas Cage has had several alcohol fueled public meltdowns lately and we’re thinking it’s Next Stop: REHAB. He embarrassed himself in Bucharest when he got so drunk at a party he was bellowing incoherently in the street and had to be dragged into his car by a bodyguard. He even forgot his wife at the party and they had to go back. He’s made several drunken scenes in New Orleans, but this last one is absurd because he was SO hammered he forgot where he lived, and took it out on his wife. (He had to sell his New Orleans home and is currently renting.) It was very late and Nic was drunkenly insisting on entering the wrong residence and his 20 years younger wife Alice Kim was trying to convince him they were staying at a building nearby. Imagine if he had stormed into the wrong house! As usual, Cage made a huge fuss and was bullying, yelling and roughing up his wife on the street when a cab called the police. When police came he DARED them to arrest him and they did. Cage was booked at 6:33 AM. (How late are the bars open there, anyway?) It’s time for Nicolas to get a grip on his finances AND his substance abuse.

Nicolas Cage had visitors on the set of “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” on location in Chinatown in New York yesterday. His wife Alice and three and a half year old son Kal-El came to check out the scene. Nic is a comic book fanatic and named his son after Superman’s real name. Nic took his own last name from Marvel comic superhero Luke Cage.

Knowing Movies Nicolas Cage

THE MOVIE KNOWING IS RELIGIOUS PROPAGANDA – WITH GREAT SPECIAL EFFECTS

Nicolas Cage does his worst acting job to date as a moping, depressed astrophysicist /MIT professor in “Knowing,” who has lost his “faith.” He presents the dilemma of “determination” (God’s plan) versus “randomness” in his classroom and it’s clear by his miserable demeanor that he believes in randomness and therefore can come to no good end. Evangelical Christians are going to LOVE this movie because they enjoy predicting the inevitable apocalyptic events designed to punish mankind for not believing. The movie is also loaded with superstitions and religious symbols. (spoiler alert) The special effects doomsday catastrophes are spectacular – an airplane crash, a subway disaster, and the end of the world. But the rest of this two and a half hour movie is so insultingly DUMB, you’ll want your money back. We’d love to know which religious group financed this piece of propaganda – which by the way, is NOT a science fiction movie.

It’s the Nicolas Cage family holiday picture. The family got together in Vienna, Austria where Nic is filming “Season of the Witch.” (It’s about 14th century monks who harbor a suspected witch in their monastery.)They all went to a theater there to see the opera “The Rake’s Progress.” Above are Alice Kim, Nic, his son Weston and Weston’s girlfriend. Apparently Weston takes after his mother Christina Fulton in the hair department.
