THINGS ARE FALLING INTO PLACE FOR PARIS JACKSON

Paris Jackson took a day off from her new and glamorous life to walk around Venice, California looking like just another hippie. She returned from Fashion Week in Paris to film a guest role on Lee Daniels’ series STAR. Paris is not altogether happy with an interview she did with Candace Bushnell for Harper’s Bazaar. The magazine comes out this week and apparently they mentioned her father’s name in the headline after promising not to. Hey, that’s showbiz! Now that Paris is signed with IGM for modeling, WME for acting, and got herself a good looking manager – anything can happen!

WHO DOESN’T WANT A LIFE SIZE DAVID GANDY CARDBOARD CUTOUT?

As we’ve pointed out before, English model David Gandy, 34, is the UK’s answer to Joe Manganiello and now he’s an underwear designer. Gandy is making personal appearances at Marks & Spencer stores across the country where his collection is sold. But those seductive life size cardboard cutouts of Gandy are getting more attention than the underpants. Shoppers are trying to buy them or steal them and they’ve become a hotter commodity than the undies.

MODEL ANDREJ PEJIC IS NO LONGER A MAN

It’s been fun writing about androgynous model Andrej Pejic as his career blossomed in both the male and female fashion world. But androgyny isn’t enough for the Serbian born Australian raised model. Andrej has had sexual reassignment and changed his name to Andreja. A documentary was filmed of the process – the bottom photo is a still of Andreja in her hospital bed recovering. The transgender male to female surgical procedures were performed by Dr Toby Meltzer in Scottsdale, Arizona. Cost: $23,000 to $28,000. Andreja says she will only model as a female from now on. We can’t help but wonder if she will be as much in demand as a model now that she’s just another “female.”

MICKEY ROURKE HAS STILL GOT WHAT IT TAKES

Mickey Rourke, 61, has managed to keep his Russian model girlfriend Anastassija Makarenko, 27, interested for FOUR years now, in spite of their age difference. They met at a photo shoot and both live in New York. Mickey gave his sweetheart a Pomeranian and now and then, takes her jewelry shopping. He gushes “I wouldn’t trade her for 20 Academy Awards!” Above, they arrived at the LA premier of Mickey’s movie “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.”

JOE “I’M NOT GAY” SIMPSON AND HIS YOUNG CLIENT

Jessica Simpson’s father Joe tried to be discreet at his daughter’s wedding. Joe’s special friend, model Jonathan Keith, was with him at the San Ysidro Ranch pool and as soon as they spotted paparazzi the guys stayed far apart. Joe and twentysomething Keith have also been seen frolicking on the beach together in Miami and people jumped to conclusions, but Joe insists that Jonathan is nothing more than his “client.”

Every time Prince shows up somewhere with his bejeweled cane, the speculation about it’s purpose comes up again. Rumors that he needs hip surgery or had it and was unsuccessful, have been going around for five years. Sometimes he seems to need the cane, other times he brandishes it like an accessory. Prince,55, and his walking stick showed up at the French Open in Paris and he was with the woman he describes as his “muse.” She’s Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Damaris Lewis and she often dances onstage during his concerts. At 5’10” she‘s eight inches taller than Prince.

The younger Craig works at a racetrack bar when he’s not doing photo shoots. He is described by his model agency as an alternative model – gothic, horror, fantasy, and he’s available for nude fetish shoots.

She has a history as both a model and a felon (served five months for insider trading) but we think she would have been a perfect Home Economics teacher if she hadn’t gone on to become a mogul. ANTHONY KIEDIS AND HIS VERY YOUNG GIRLFRIEND

Red Hot Chili Pepper Anthony Kiedis, 50, took his model girlfriend Helena Vestergaard, 23, to The Blue Plate in Santa Monica for breakfast. On the way home he broke into a song and made her laugh. In June, Anthony got into a scuffle with a bodyguard who mistook him for a Rolling Stones stalker. Kiedis was staying at the same hotel as the Stones and when he tried to enter, a security guy put him in a headlock. Paparazzi informed the guard that Anthony wasn’t a stalker.
