EVEN BEFORE BRET MICHAELS, TISH CYRUS WAS HOT FOR A PAPARAZZI

There’s more to this than meets the eye. Before Tish Cyrus took up with Bret Michaels, she had other dalliances! Apparently she felt neglected by her husband Billy Ray and she was a cougar on the prowl for action. She’s even rumored to have targeted a good-looking paparazzi who was following her daughter Miley. Tish invited the guy into her house and arranged all sorts of photo ops for him while flirting outrageously. No wonder Miley is having a hard time handling this split. Don’t cry for Tish Cyrus.

We hear that Miley’s mom Tish Cyrus was not exactly blindsided by her husband Billy Ray filing for divorce. It’s news to us, but the situation has been developing in the family for awhile. In fact, we hear that Tish just may have been THE ONE with a wandering eye (and maybe more.) We calculate that Billy Ray is the sad one. (Days after the divorce hit the news. Tish and Miley and Noah had breakfast at Paty’s in Toluca Lake and they have smiley faces.)

JUSTIN BIEBER AND MILEY CYRUS COMPETE FOR AUDIENCE APPROVAL

Who’s the biggest ham in this picture? Canadian Justin Bieber,16, rode his bike onstage at the MuchMusic Awards in Toronto and scantily clad Miley Cyrus ,17, was more than ready. The two teens did a little musical “flirting” and both tried to outsing and outmaneuver the other for audience attention. Local favorite Justin got more screams, hands down.

MILEY CYRUS: WHAT’S THE BIG DEAL WITH YOUR HAIR?

Miley Cyrus spent NINE long hours at the Gemini 14 hair salon in New York and we’re trying to figure out what took SOOO long. (Fans outside waited all day.) Maybe a Brazilian hair smoothing treatment, extensive color correction, or even extensions. After ALL that time, Miley walked out with her head covered up. Isn’t that insulting to the salon? Maybe she didn’t like the results. The next day she was set to appear on Letterman and she showed up wearing the same knit wrap, but her hair didn’t look all that different.

MILEY CYRUS HAS A LOT RIDING ON “THE LAST SONG”

Miley Cyrus is as jumpy as a cat on a hot tin roof this week because her movie “The Last Song” is about to open. This is a career-changing time for Miley because she wants to switch from singing to acting full time. A LOT depends on how she is received in this movie. A friend who saw an early screening found Miley’s voice to be irritating. If Miley succeeds in this – her first grownup role – it bodes well for her future. If not, she may have to revive Hannah Montana. (Above she’s with her costar/boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.)

One sure way to get your picture taken is to walk around carrying an adorable dog.Miley Cyrus bought a fuzzy puppy to match her fuzzy shoulderbag and took them both to the Maxfield clothing store on Melrose. We can just imagine the warm welcome she got from those uppity salespeople when she brought her not yet housebroken little friend into their ultra-fancy store. They probably couldn’t get the newspapers down fast enough.

We’re thinking both Miley Cyrus AND her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth got lucky. Obviously Liam, 19, scored big time when he fell for his costar Miley in “The Big Time.” Miley is one of the wealthiest and most successful celebrities in the USA. Liam, a soap star from Australia, is definitely a hunk – and apparently he has manners because he opened the car door for Miley. Miley spend a few days off from her tour with Liam’s family in Phillip Island, a beach town in Australia.

Every day Trace Cyrus reminds us more and more of Joey Ramone. Which is not a bad thing for his career, since it sets him far apart from his famous relatives Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus. His band Metro Station is a MySpace sensation and touring and making money. We were a little surprised by his flirtation with 16 year old Disney girl Demi Lovato, and even MORE surprised to hear that he’s collaborating on a song with Miley. So much for street cred. But he seems like the coolest one in the family.

Miley Cyrus’s half brother Chris Cyrus, 17, is still hoping some of her stardust will rub off on him. Miley’s dad Billy Ray had a fling with Chris’s mother, a waitress in South Carolina around the same time he was seeing Trish. Chris, the love child, was born less than a year before Miley and although Billy Ray acknowledged his son, Chris has never spent much time with his dad. He’s only seen Miley around five times in his life. Chris is currently working in a Texas electronics store for $7.50 an hour and he has no car. Maybe Chris is releasing provocative photos of himself to stimulate opportunities.

Miley Cyrus took a lot of flak for her wedding cake inspired Oscar dress. She landed on more than a few “Worst Dressed” lists. Her boyfriend Justin Gaston is too polite to say “I told you so,” but he tried his best to talk her OUT of wearing that dress before the award show. He advised her to wear something else, but Miley was too stubborn to listen. Next time she might.
