Did you recognize Lucille Ball in those go-go boots above? According to television historian Richard Metzger of Dangerous Minds.net, Lucille Ball did an hour long variety special, “Lucy in London” in 1966 in conjunction with her series “The Lucy Show.” “Lucy Carmichael” won a free trip to London in a dog food jingle contest and she took “Mr Mooney” (Gale Gordon) as her plus one. Monsanto sponsored the show. In this clip Anthony Newley took her shopping on Carnaby Street after she fell in the Thames. Watch for a cameo by Twiggy. Oh, and that’s The Dave Clark Five singing. Rihanna and her best buddy Melissa Forde stepped out of their London hotel ALMOST dressed alike. Nope, they’re not wearing pajamas. Their floral print outfits are somewhat reminiscent of Kim Kardashian’s “upholstery” dress that she famously wore to the Met gala. But Rihanna and her friend’s clothing looks a lot looser and more comfortable. But not more flattering.

We’ve decided that anybody who tries as hard as Lady Gaga does to get our attention, DESERVES to be photographed. She’s still in London for Fashion Week and she changes into one bizarre outfit after another all day long. Such attention to detail! One of today’s get-ups featured a CLIMATE REVOLUTION t- shirt and she showed her partially shaved head. Yesterday she attended Philip Treacy’s catwalk show and she wrapped herself in a burka lined with fur and still later, gigantic Mickey Mouse ears.

Kate Hudson is pulling a Madonna and now speaks with a fake British accent. Her friends are not particularly amused by the affectation and some say they don’t recognize her when she calls! Kate has been spending most of her time in London with her fiancee Matthew Bellamy and their baby Bingham. Is that really an excuse?
The Presleys have ARRIVED in London! Several generations of Priscilla Presley’s family decided to take a European vacation together. Priscilla, 66, brought her mother Anna, 85, along with Lisa Marie, 43, and her kids Ben, 19, and model Riley, 21. Mysterious aspiring musician Ben is the one we rarely see, and he definitely has some Presley characteristics.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are in London with the boys Kingston and Zuma, and they’ve been busy socializing with Gavin’s family all week. They took a little time for themselves and relaxed together at a pub. A photographer caught them through the window looking very affectionate. It must be nice to have parents who seem to be so much in love.
Catherine Zeta-Jones looked deliriously happy when she met with Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace for an award ceremony. Later she and Michael Douglas had dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at Claridge’s Hotel. All went well until they returned to their hotel and the doorway was jammed with people. In the middle of the crowd Catherine suddenly screamed that she had been punched! Hotel staffers rushed to her aid and she was seen rubbing her chin, but there seemed to be no lasting damage.
