(That explains some of those B movies he’s done) Back in 2015 he met Tiffany Chen when he filmed The Intern- she taught him Tai Chi on the set. Tiffany is an award winning martial arts instructor. Their friendship has quietly developed into a romance – she has been his constant companion of late. No nonsense Tiffany is quite the opposite of his ex Grace – no diamonds or designer labels…

SEAN PENN’S EX-WIFE IS IN ITALY WITH HER FAMOUS FATHER

Okay, this photo puts a lot of pieces together. It’s Law & Order actor Vincent D’Onofrio and his cute daughter, actress Leila George (her mother is Italian born actress Greta Scacci), together in Venice, Italy. Leila is the over 30 years younger wife who filed for divorce from Sean Penn, but keeps changing her mind. Finally the divorce was finalized in April, but they were seen out to dinner in NYC earlier this week. Leila and Sean have social activism and environmentalism in common so their relationship might continue but in a different way. She is not the first of Sean’s wives to file for divorce and change her mind a few times…

SCARY SPICE HAD A SCARY MARRIAGE TO A FAKE BELAFONTE

At least SOMETHING GOOD has come out of Mel B “Scary Spice’s” abusive marriage to Stephen Belafonte. It seems Melanie has been recognized with an MBE award in the UK for her commitment to helping women suffering from domestic violence. We could never figure out what she saw in the guy. His real name was Stephen Stansbury and when he moved to LA from New Jersey, he changed his last name to Belafonte, hoping to pose as Harry Belafonte’s son. It did open a few doors. We were horrified to hear from people in his home town that he had taken a brick and violently killed a mallard duck he found his front yard in New Jersey before he left. He already had a record of burglary and assault. A waitress at the Rainbow bar on Sunset told me that Stephen and Mel were in the habit of sitting at the bar, trying to pick up pretty girls for “threesomes.” But it was not all fun and games. Mel started showing up for work on TV shows with cuts and bruises. Her friends begged her to dump the husband. Eventually she wised up and divorced the fake Belafonte- the sleazy guy now calls himself a “producer.”

Divorce Dr Dre NWA

DR DRE DOESN’T KNOW HOW LUCKY HE IS

We’ve always marveled at the fact that Dr Dre evolved from gangsta rapper in NWA to clever and hugely successful businessman. He was as rough as they come, and considering all the accusations he had of abusing women, he would probably be in #MeToo prison by now if he hadn’t gotten married to Nicole Young in 1996. We can never forgive him for horrifically assaulting a female TV host (and bragging about it) in 1991 because he didn’t like something she said on her show. Dre could NOT have been easy to live with. Young filed for divorce in June 2020 and the battle for his money began. Lucky for Dre, he was smart enough to get a prenup and they just settled- Nicole gets a flat 100 million dollars and that leaves Dre with around 720 million. She worked hard for that money…

BEN AFFLECK AND BRAD PITT HAVE A LOT IN COMMON

In Ben Affleck’s Howard Stern interview he remarked that while he was married to Jennifer Garner and they had three kids, that he felt trapped and would drink too much and fall asleep on the couch. Long after his divorce from Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt confessed that HE would smoke and drink too much and fall asleep on the couch. Both guys were obviously unhappy and didn’t know what to do about it. We’re betting Brad’s marriage to Angelina Jolie ended in a similar way. The DIFFERENCE between Brad and Ben is that Brad carefully chose his words and never mentioned Aniston in a negative way. By saying he felt “trapped” Ben implied that Garner was the cause and we don’t think he meant to. He has always admired and praised his ex-wife.

Amber Heard Blackballed! Divorce Johnny Depp Lawsuit

JOHNNY DEPP: HOW NOT TO GET A DIVORCE

There’s no doubt that Johnny Depp’s career has taken a severe beating since he split with wife Amber Heard in 2016. The lawsuit he filed against The Sun for calling him a “wife-beater” was a nightmare- he was drilled about his behavior in court and all sorts of negative conduct involving drugs and alcohol were dredged up and he looked BAD. And he lost. It cost him all his big ticket movie roles (Fantastic Beasts, Pirates of the Caribbean etc) His current 50 million dollar defamation lawsuit against Amber (she wrote in the Washington Post that she is a “domestic abuse survivor”) will no doubt repeat those debauched stories about him. He’s in a bad place and he and Amber are both spending a fortune on lawyers. Depp did manage to make a movie –City of Lies- that is showing, but not in competition, at the Deauville American Film Festival. His fans were happy to see him there, even if he did a lot of complaining about being blackballed in Hollywood…

WILL MR BIG CRUSH CARRIE’S “HAPPILY EVER AFTER” DREAMS?

It’s a big day on the set of the SATC reboot And Just Like That because Mr Big, played so well by Chris Noth, is back, and he’s up to his old tricks. Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris were rehearsing lines on a New York street when this photo was taken, and both Carrie and Big look miserable. Before he and Carrie got married, Big often chose work over his private life, and Carrie felt neglected. Insiders are speculating about the storyline for the new series and rumor has it that Big is overworking his way toward a painful divorce. TURNS OUT BILL GATES WAS A PLAYBOY NERD

Until Jennifer Lopez spent the weekend with Ben Affleck, Bill Gates divorcing his wife Melinda was the most startling “couples” story. Rumors of infidelity surfaced and we were surprised to learn that Bill Gates did a lot of carousing in his youth. Biographies written about Gates revealed that he was not just a computer nerd – he was also a playboy bachelor. Bill liked to have nude swimming parties in the indoor pool he had in his home. To liven things up, Bill would also hire strippers from Seattle to join his friends in the pool. Gates’ early womanizing also put a strain on his budding relationship with his wife-to-be Melinda. When he was out of town he was known to hit on female journalists who covered Microsoft for the industry. Bill and Melinda actually broke up for a year early in their relationship when he avoided making a commitment. After 7 years of dating, they finally wed in 1994. Now their kids are grown up, and Bill and Melinda seem happy to be going their separate ways.

DR DRE: NOT AS SMART AS WE THOUGHT

Music mogul Dr Dre (said to be worth $800 million) showed an astonishing lack of common sense when he was photographed with this dinner date at BOA Steakhouse. That’s Dre in the white sneakers behind Apryl Jones in the black bra. Not a smart move, considering Dre is in the middle of a very expensive divorce from his wife of 24 years, Nicole Young. Nicole filed in June and made some highly unflattering charges against her husband. The big issue in the divorce is division of property – Nicole accused Dre of lavishing money on mistresses and hiding assets. This photo can only inspire the already irate Nicole to “take him to the to the cleaners” – as they used to say… Bad timing.
