TOM BRADY’S ARCHRIVAL IS NOW HELPING HIM OUT

Tom Brady has a problem and he’s hoping his former nemesis Tony Romo can fix it. Back in the day, the guys were fierce competitors – Tom was the quarterback for the New England Patriots and Tony for the Dallas Cowboys. Their competition extended off of the field too – Tom was dating and then married Gisele Bundchen, while Tony dated Jessica Simpson who was then at the height of her popularity. They competed for football wins, endorsement deals, and magazine covers. Now both have hung up their helmets and decided to become sportscasters. But while Tony is excelling in his new career, the same can’t be said for Tom – who’s having a rough time. According to my source, Tom recently reached out to Tony for some pointers. They became friends once their careers and high profile romances ended, so Tom is hoping Tony can help him become more comfortable talking about, instead of playing, football.

Watch out Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian is coming for you. Jessica’s Honest Baby Clothing is an industry leader in selling matching family pajamas – these are especially popular over the Christmas season – but now Kim wants in on the action. Jessica’s company was plagued by shipping mishaps this season and some online reviews are less than pleasant, so Kim is planning to branch out her Skims line and market matching family pajamas next year. My source says that Jessica caught wind of Kim’s plans and she’s concerned, especially since Kim has countless devoted fans and a huge social media presence. It also makes sense since Kim’s Skims line already sells loungewear. One industry insider says that Kim could likely dominate the pajama game and make a huge dent in Jessica’s business.

CELEBRITIES ARE COMPETING FOR TOP SPOTS AT THE MET GALA

The 2024 Met Ball celebrity hosts haven’t been announced and it’s already turned into a NIGHTMARE for the powers-that-be at Vogue. According to a magazine source, the top A-list celebrities are all jockeying to have the coveted last arrival time. As our source explains, aside from being asked to co-host, the other most prestigious honor is to be given the latest arrival time. Everyone from Lady Gaga to Beyoncé want to be the LAST to walk on the red carpet. (less crowded, more attention!) Some celebs are even threatening to boycott unless they’re given that final slot! While it hasn’t been confirmed yet, our source whispers that Anna Wintour is sensibly leaning toward giving Taylor Swift the honor of either co-hosting or arriving last.

It’s a race to the BOTTOM for the Kardashians and Jenners – the bottom of Hollywood Blvd. that is! Family members Kris, Caitlin, Kim and Khloe are obsessed to see who can be the first the get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. While Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie and Rob couldn’t care less about the honor, the other four are scheming to be the first to land a star. When they first starting making lots of money, they even made a bet that whoever got their star first, would collect $1 million from the other three. Although Caitlin has been pretty much ostracized from the rest of the group, the bet still stands. Here’s the interesting part: Caitlin was Bruce when the bet first started, and technically could wind up with a star under either name.

HEY – WHAT’S UP WITH MADONNA?

Madonna turned up at JFK airport looking like THIS. Flaunting nothing. No sense of style whatsoever- completely buried in baggy attire. Expensive, but baggy. She’s with her bodyguard and on her way to England to prepare for her first sold out concert in 10 days at AO Arena in Manchester. Listen to this- she rented out the entire arena for several days in order to rehearse and PERFECT her show. Maybe she’s acutely aware of how successful Taylor Swift and Beyonce’s concert tours have been, and she feels competitive pressure . Her last tour was devastated by her own injuries and Covid. All we know is she doesn’t look as confident as she usually does – but she might surprise us…

As Gisele Bundchen (above) continues to grow close to her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, her ex-husband Tom Brady did a very “Tom thing” – he took up jiu-jitsu! A friend of the pro footballer reveals that Tom’s competitive streak runs on and off the football field. When it comes to athleticism, Tom has an attitude of “anything you can do, I can do better!” and now he’s determined to earn a black belt in the marital art. Since Tom and Gisele’s kids are also studying under Joaquim, Tom’s explaining that it made sense for him to take up the sport, but a friend says his secret motivation is to become better than Joaquim.

Much fuss was made over the fact that Suri Cruise reportedly received over $40,000 worth of Christmas gifts, including a Victorian playhouse and a miniature Mercedes Benz car. It was assumed that Katie indulged her little girl but that’s improbable because Katie and Suri live in a NY apartment – where would these toys be used? Since Tom Cruise is competing heavily for his daughters’ attention, it’s far more likely that HE cleverly bought her lavish toys that she can only use when she’s at his house in Los Angeles. That’s a great way to win her over so that she doesn’t want to leave daddy’s house. Can puppies and a pony be far behind?
