(We’re more accustomed to seeing her trip on the way OUT.) Fortunately she can always depend on her stalwart boyfriend Matthew Rutler, to keep her upright. Everybody in heels needs a boyfriend like this.

Christina Aguilera seems to have found the perfect young boyfriend too, Matt Rutler appears to be responsible and a perfect gentleman – he carries everything for Christina whether it’s shopping bags or her child Max, and he always makes sure that Christina gets home safely after a night out. Does ANYBODY believe Christina Aguilera when she insists that she’s happy being overweight? Currently promoting her show “The Voice,” Christina claims that she and her boyfriend Matt Rutler are happy with her body. But Christina is a performer and let’s face it, fans expect her to look good. We get the feeling she’s defending her size because she doesn’t want to give up drinking! Christina is only 31 and when she appears onstage bulging out of her skin tight clothes, it’s almost enough to make one forget she’s a good singer.

Christina Aguilera is hanging on tight to her boyfriend Matthew Rutler as they leave a restaurant in Malibu. She’s in a good mood because she winked at the cameraman, but hopefully she will beware of holiday overindulgence. Christina is not looking her best with that extra weight – maybe she’s better off taking a tropical vacation and eating mangoes instead of going to a lot of Hollywood parties and indulging in eggnog and pumpkin pie. (Also, the idea of putting on a swimsuit often kills the appetite.)

Christina Aguilera must have been a little irritated when she saw the “chubby” photos of her performing at the Michael Jackson concert. So today she’s using ALL the “tricks” to make herself look thinner: She’s wearing black, her jacket covers her thighs, she’s wearing sky high heels, her hair is BIG, and she has a long red scarf to distract the eye.

Christina Aguilera falls down more than any celebrity we can think of – except perhaps Snooki from Jersey Shore. But she does it in nice places – like the Super Bowl when she was singing the national anthem, onstage at the Grammys, and various Hollywood nightclubs. Most recently she took a tumble leaving a posh club in London and fortunately her strapping young boyfriend Matt Rutler, 26, is always there to help her up.
Christina Aguilera is enjoying her gig on The Voice but the minute cameras stop rolling she looks around for her boyfriend Matthew Rutler. Matt, a movie production assistant, is a perfectly nice guy, but a huge distraction for Christina. She LOVES having him on the set as much as possible, but executives on the NBC series would prefer that she concentrate on her work on the show. She was gently advised not to have Matthew visit so often. The show is doing a lot for Christina’s career, so hopefully she can postpone her amorous moments until after hours.
Lately nothing has been going right for Christina. In her Super Bowl performance of the National Anthem she not only got the words wrong but her long drawn out overwrought rendition was excruciating. She was trying way too hard to impress with her vocal flexibility. And the plain black too-tight suit didn’t do a thing for her. Lately she’s had career setbacks, a divorce, a new boyfriend, and nights of too much partying. It makes you wonder.
What the heck is going on with Christina Aguilera? Ever since she left her husband for Matthew Rutler, whom she met while filming Burlesque, she appears to have been on a bender. Rutler has become something of a caretaker while Christina, 30, parties her butt off and more than once he’s been seen holding her up. Before she married, Christina was a wild party girl but after having a baby she was seldom seen in nightclubs. Maybe the failure of her marriage, her last album, and her movie Burlesque, all AT ONCE is causing her to overindulge. Jeremy Renner was surprised when she crashed his A-list birthday party, but appalled to find her passed out in HIS bedroom with Matthew rubbing her back. She also made a scene in a New York club getting snarky with Burlesque costar Julianne Hough. Get a grip, Christina, everybody has problems.
Nicole Richie was juggling the invitation list to her wedding until the last minute because she wanted to sell the photo rights for top dollar. Big celebrities bring more money. Nicole’s people were pitting the weeklies against each other to get the best offer. (Keep in mind she took a paparazzi to court recently to keep him away from her family.) When Kim Kardashian and Christina Aguilera both couldn’t attend, the photo price went DOWN, but Nicole still didn’t weaken and invite her frenemy Paris Hilton. Apparently Paris wouldn’t have upped the value of wedding photos. Instead Nicole arranged to have an elephant at the event.
