Janet Jackson has returned to Los Angeles from Atlanta- possibly because she missed her favorite Mexican food, not because she missed her errant boyfriend Jermaine Dupri. She was observed driving with a friend, over forty miles from her house to Tarzana, to enjoy some tasty burritos at the tiny modestly priced Burritos El Chavo Mexican restaurant. And she didn’t like being photographed walking out of the place.
