WHAT DOES PETE DAVIDSON NEVER LEAVE AT HOME?

No, it’s not the side of fries – OR fiancée Ariana Grande. SNL comic Pete Davidson’s athleisure style has been described as “scumbro” (he did appear on “Queer Eye”) but we are fixated on his little bags. Literally every time he leaves the house, Pete is clutching his small black Supreme bag which can also be worn as a fanny pack or as a crossbody, like he’s wearing it today. We must note he IS starting to look like Ariana – note the baby pink sweatshirt and the freshly bleached blonde hair.

Hailey Baldwin Hillsong Church Justin Bieber Scientology

WHO’S MOST THRILLED BY JUSTIN BIEBER’S ENGAGEMENT? HILLSONG CHURCH, THAT’S WHO!

Both Justin Bieber, 25, and Hailey Baldwin, 21, credit “divine intervention” for bringing them together, which translates to: Hillsong Church. Both are members and this windfall for the megachurch can be compared to Tom Cruise’s Scientology marriage to Katie Holmes. Both Scientology and Hillsong actively recruit the young and famous to attract millenials. Plus, Hillsong churchgoers wear t -shirts and jeans and services are often held in large music venues with pop music. The 10% tithe from celebrities is nothing to scoff at. Hillsong Church is very wealthy, but lacks transparency – they don’t reveal pastors’ salaries and are criticized for opposing gay marriage, abortion, and birth control. Nevertheless, we imagine Justin and Hailey will be filling up those church venues to the max.

IS EDDIE MURPHY TOO COMPLACENT TO DO STAND-UP AGAIN?

Eddie Murphy’s girlfriend Paige Butcher went to Starbucks without Eddie for a change, but she brought their cute little girl Izzy (Eddie’s 9th child!) along for the ride. Eddie’s been leading a life of leisure and not working a lot lately, but maybe he’s finally getting busy on his upcoming movie Triplets. Ivan Reitman, who did the original 1988 comedy Twins, has spent years putting together Triplets, again starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito, with Eddie signed on as their long-lost sibling. Personally, we’d love to see Eddie do stand-up comedy again …

KEANU REEVES: WOULD YOU GIVE THIS MAN A RIDE?


How’s this for an unrealistic scene in a movie: Keanu Reeves’ hit man character in John Wick 3 and his pitbull attempt to hail a cab at night in the pouring rain at Times Square and they actually GET one! New Yorkers will get a laugh out of that – and who calls cabs these days when Lyft and Uber cars are so much cleaner? We have to give credit to Keanu- he’s been filming soaking wet – and doing stunts – at night in NYC for a lot of days in a row, but he’s still nice and approachable on the set. Reeves seems like such a decent guy, we’d be SHOCKED if anyone accused him of inappropriate behavior.

ELIZABETH HURLEY AND THE ANNABEL’S DOORMEN

This photo of Elizabeth Hurley (red dress) leaving Annabel’s legendary club in London caught our eye, not because of the lamp in her hand (a gift from the club manager perhaps?) but the DOORMEN leading her out. We have never seen security guards, bouncers, doormen – whatever you want to call them – dressed in anything but tight, black clothing to show off their muscles. These delightful flowery print suits are a revelation. No matter how fierce their faces are, the clothing is amusing. Leave it to the Brits to find humor in doorman apparel. Remember, some famous guys have been bouncers in NY – Dolph Lundgren at Limelight, and Vin Diesel at The Tunnel.

JOHNNY DEPP IS A HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRE IN REAL LIFE (AMBER HEARD WAS RIGHT)

Rolling Stone’s startling interview with Johnny Depp (he’s obviously a fan of the publication) is revealing in SO many horrible ways. Depp is obviously In denial about his “compulsive spending disorder.” He spends an average of two million dollars a month – on maintaining 14 houses and ridiculously impulsive purchases that fill 12 large storage facilities. He blames his money managers for his financial problems. His behavior is alarming – Depp attempted to extract his own tooth in a London restaurant, while in the company of Penelope Cruz and Stella McCartney. His drug use and alcohol abuse rivals that of his debauched idol Hunter S Thompson and while acting, he has his lines fed into an earpiece like his other deceased self-indulgent idol, Marlon Brando. He sleeps all day and only lives by night – reminiscent of Elvis Presley’s last days….

MADONNA CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF MIGOS RAPPERS

Madonna showed up at the Wireless Festival in London in a rather peculiar outfit with wide leg capri pants. She watched Migos’ rap performance with considerable enthusiasm and afterward she tracked down Migos member Offset for a long chat. They have a history – Madonna invited the group, along with Offset’s girlfriend Cardi B, to her Oscar party in March where Cardi performed, and they all hung out together at the Met Gala after-party. Cardi B is a huge fan of Madonna, and it’s hard NOT to predict a collaboration somewhere in these blossoming friendships…

Big hair is officially back and Valentino is leading the way. Models in the Paris Couture show this week walked the runway in gigantic hair that threatened to outshine the dresses themselves. Kaia Gerber, 16, was one of the catwalkers managing to keep a straight face while carefully balancing huge hair and a huge gown. The hairdos were constructed with six hairpieces and plenty of hairspray. Girls in Texas are rejoicing all over the place…

ANDY DICK: CHARGED AGAIN WITH SERIAL GROPING

On a slow news day (before a holiday) you can always count on Andy Dick doing SOMETHING obnoxious. Yet another woman has come forward to accuse Andy of groping her on the street in April. Andy has been arrested and sued several times in the past for kissing, licking, and groping strangers. The funny thing is, he doesn’t limit his fondling to women – men are frequently his targets also, but they usually smack him instead of calling the cops. Dick claimed he gave up his nasty habits in light of #MeToo, but apparently he slipped.
