The beach at St Barts was loaded with bikini girls, but Steve Martin only had eyes for his brainy wife Anne Stringfield. Anne, 38, a former writer for The New Yorker, and Steve, 65, have been together for six years and married for three. Did you know he won an Emmy at the age of 23 for The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour? Nowadays he’s concentrating on his banjo playing.

BRAVO! STEVE MARTIN AND ALEC BALDWIN WERE THE BEST PART OF THE OSCARS

Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin are the answer to Oscar’s prayers. For the first time in YEARS, the hosts were better than the glamorous participants. The two pros played off each other expertly and there were no awkward silences or embarrassing moments (except for Neil Patrick Harris.) Two hosts are definitely better than one and these two were so entertaining that we kept wishing they were onstage MORE. Again, Alec has redeemed himself.
