HOW DID TORI SPELLING, OF ALL PEOPLE, BECOME A DEADBEAT?

This week Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth filmed a 90210 fashion show scene at Westfield Century City mall. Poor Tori. We had to laugh when Radaronline revealed that American Express is hot on her trail since they learned she is being paid $85,000 per episode for the 90210 reboot. AX has a judgment against Tori for $88,391.25 she owes them and they’ve ordered the sheriff’s office to enforce the judgment. Tori also owes a bundle to City National Bank. 90210 has been renewed for another season, so the cast will get a big salary boost. But the question is: how does a girl (Tori)) grow up in the most expensive house in Beverly Hills, and end up owing so many people money?

FLAVOR FLAV ‘S LOVE LIFE MIGHT SURPRISE YOU

Some people never change. Case in point: Flavor Flav, formerly of Public Enemy. We remember him best from the reality series The Surreal Life, where he developed some kind of romance with Brigitte Nielsen, who is 6 inches taller than he is. VH1 liked their odd relationship so much that Brigitte and Flav got their own reality show called Strange Love. What surprised us most about Flavor Flav is the fact that he actually used to date model Beverly Johnson back in 2000, and they actually LIVED together. And he didn’t look much different than he does above!

ELTON JOHN HAS CONVENIENT MEMORY LAPSES WHEN IT COMES TO PRINCESS DIANA

Gotta disagree with Elton John once again. Elton is irate because UK press pointed out that Prince Harry claims to care about the environment, yet he and Meghan and their baby flew on a private jet to visit Elton’s estate in France. Elton tweeted it was HIS idea to fly private, and blasted the press for disrupting the couple’s “safety and tranquility.” He went so far as to say “Prince Harry’s mother Diana was one of my closest friends and I feel obliged to protect Harry and his family from the unnecessary press intrusion that contributed to Diana’s death!“ Elton has conveniently forgotten that Diana and her boyfriend Dodi Fayed were killed by their own drunk chauffeur who was speeding. The driver worked for Dodi Fayed’s family, and Dodi was famous for courting the press. He liked to tip them off as to where he and Diana would be. In fact, he was SO nice to reporters that he provided me, the gossip columnist for Star Magazine, an expensive lunch for two at the Ritz Hotel in Paris and a Ritz bathrobe to take home, among other gifts. Dodi Fayed’s father felt guilty and embarrassed that HIS drunk driver got Diana and his own son killed, and he dedicated his life to blaming paparazzi. So Elton, wise up!

BLINDED BY THE LIGHT: A SWEET TRIP BACK TO THE 80’S

If YOU loved Bohemian Rhapsody, you will most likely also love Blinded by the Light. It’s a relatively small budget film but the vision of being in high school in a London suburb in the 80’s is intoxicating. The fashion (everything from Bananarama oversize jackets to skinheads) the hairstyles (from big and frizzy to Flock of Seagulls wings) – THIS is a beautifully imagined lower middle class teen “musical/drama” of the period. It’s based on a true story and addresses the cultural and political issues of the day, while maintaining a joyous musical story. You will walk out of this movie HAPPY – don’t miss it!

WESTON CAGE COPPOLA IS NOW AN ACTOR

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Weston Cage Coppola, but he appears to be doing well after a few tumultuous years. He’s 28 and married for the third time – he converted to Judaism for his present wife. He’s been studying several kinds of martial arts and looks ready for action. Best of all, he got his first starring role in a movie – he plays a soldier in D-Day, and has several more film roles lined up. One less thing for his father Nicolas Cage to worry about…

BRANDON LEE HAS THE ANSWER TO THE MILEY CYRUS SCANDAL

Pam Anderson’s son Brandon Lee is now on The Hills reboot and he talked his mom into appearing on the first episode. They had lunch and chatted about Brandon’s new girlfriend (that looks like her behind Lee, walking into a Beverly Hills restaurant.) LEAH REMINI : COULD BECOME A TAXPAYER’S HERO!

We love Leah Remini for creating her anti-Scientology series to expose the so-called “church” for what it really is. She is ending the series with coverage of the Danny Masterson rape accusations and how the church threatened the accusers. We were especially happy when Leah stated that her goal is to have the IRS reconsider the church of Scientology’s exemption from paying taxes – including property taxes – (they own half of Hollywood and much more.) Also whatever church members claim they spend on “training” is apparently not taxable! Leah Remini has an admirable and long overdue goal!

JOHN TRAVOLTA IS HIDING ONE OF HIS BEST FEATURES

Okay, we can live with John Travolta’s shaved head, BUT that tinted beard has to go. Worst of all, the scruffy facial hair covers up one of Travolta’s assets – his chin dimple. He’s promoting his new film The Fanatic (directed by Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst) – it’s about a crazy fan who becomes a threat to the object of his obsession. John plays the crazy fan and the movie is described as incredibly violent. Above, it looks like John has a fan of his own clinging to him and someone is pulling her away…

CAITLYN JENNER’S STYLE INSPIRATION?

Has anyone noticed how much Caitlyn Jenner seems to dress like and resemble former Real Housewives of NYC star Kelly Bensimon? At first glance, we thought this WAS Caitlyn Jenner, but in fact, it is Kelly. Kelly has long since moved on from the Housewives and now she’s in the real estate business. She joined the same firm as Fredrik Eklund and Josh Altman and will appear on Million Dollar Listing with them. The male dominated show can certainly use a powerful woman.
