It doesn’t take a genius to figure out we are referring to Jennifer Lopez and Leah Remini! The gals have decided to become roommates until they both find new places to live. Jennifer listed her mansion above Beverly Hills while Leah recently sold her Studio City compound for just under $10 million. According to my source, the girls think it will be fun to have each other to commiserate with – now that they’re both single and middle-aged. They’re looking for a rental property to share in Hidden Hills and Thousand Oaks, California.

SCIENTOLOGY IS WATCHING LEAH REMINI

It’s been well reported that Scientology can be ruthless in going after their perceived enemies and former member Leah Remini is currently in their line of fire. According to my source, the powers that be at Scientology are now trying to woo Leah’s estranged husband Angelo Pagan! Leah and Angelo recently announced they were divorcing and some Scientologists saw this as an opportunity to get Angelo on THEIR side. Angelo quit the group back in 2013 along with Leah, but now that he and Leah are kaput, the group wants to get dirt and ammunition FROM HIM in their ongoing quest to destroy Leah. My source says THAT is very unlikely, because Angelo was never fond of the organization, and only went along to please Leah.

LEAH REMINI’S DIVORCE MIGHT NOT BE AS FRIENDLY AS SHE HOPED

After 21 years of marriage, Leah Remini’s divorce from estranged husband, Angelo Pagan, might not be as friendly as the couple originally proclaimed. It’s no surprise that Leah is the bigger breadwinner in the marriage, and she doesn’t seem to want to part with too much of her hard-earned cash in the divorce. Since the couple are no longer living together, Leah decided to get Angelo his own place, but a real estate source reveals that she’s looking for a modest two bedroom condo in the Los Angeles Valley, which is a far cry from the $10 million mansion they just sold in Studio City, California. My source says Angelo is starting to feel like he’s getting the short end of the stick and was expecting to end up in a house, not a condo, so the split MIGHT soon become contentious.

California Fundraiser Hollywood Joe Biden Kamala Harris Leah Remini Regrets Retire Scientology Security

HERE’S WHAT WE KNOW

Another whirlwind political week with the news that President Joe Biden was ending his campaign and all but anointed his successor, Vice President Kamala Harris. We are hearing that Hollywood was starting to abandon Joe after that scathing op-ed by George Clooney, but is now gearing up for the biggest star studded fundraiser EVER, to boost Kamala’s financial war chest. The details are still being sorted out, but according to my source it’s going to rival with Academy Awards with A-listers willing to contribute a minimum of $100,000 for an invite. We will share more details as we hear them.

Speaking of Joe Biden, now that he’s bowing out of the race and set to retire in January once his presidency is over, we just heard he’s planning a major change. Although Joe has called Delaware his home for most of his life, he wants to be closer to his California based son Hunter, so he’s already working with a top LA based realtor looking at suitable homes in the LA area. My source says that he wants to be on or near a beach and security is one of the concerns so he’s looking at gated waterfront properties from Orange County up through Santa Barbara.

Jennifer Aniston made headlines after she took to social media in a heartfelt post about women who can’t bear children after misogynistic comments from vice presidential candidate JD Vance recently resurfaced. Just heard from a well placed source that Jen, who usually stays away from the nastiness of politics, is now going all in for Kamala Harris and will soon appear alongside her at a political rally focusing on women’s reproductive rights.

Speaking of JD Vance, there are some rumblings that Donald Trump regrets listing to his son, Don Junior, who was pushing for Vance to be selected as the running mate. Our spot-on political source reports that there’s a plan being talked about to have Vance bow out of the campaign and claim a personal family matter is the reason. My source insists that Trump completely regrets choosing Vance, but if he decides not to replace him, you can expect to hear a lot less of JD on the campaign trial. As my source put it, Trump didn’t trust his instincts and was swayed by his son and now has serious second thoughts.

Enough politics -back to entertainment. Celine Dion made headlines for two things – performing at the Olympics and signing up for a residency at Resorts World in Las Vegas. What DIDN’T come out though, is what we just heard. She’s also recording a new album which will drop around the same time she kicks off her residency in Sin City.

And finally, as we exclusively reported, Leah Remini finally sold her Studio City, California home and we just heard she’s now looking for a new home in the LA Valley, but wants one in a guard gated community. Our source explains that Leah is still be hounded by her former pals in Scientology so that’s why she’s hypersensitive to make sure her new home has ample armed security guards.

Leah Remini Scientology Yard Sale

LEAH REMINI WANTS NO REMINDERS OF SCIENTOLOGY

As we have been reporting, Leah Remini finally sold her Studio City, California estate for just under $10 million and she recently held a yard sale to unload some unwanted furniture and knickknacks from the estate. One thing Leah DIDN’T sell though was a reminder from her past as a Scientologist! Stuffed away in a spare closet was an E-meter, a Scientology contraption that supposedly acts as a lie detector test! Leah all but forgot she had the hunk of junk, and even though they sell online at sites like eBay for hundreds of dollars, thoughtful Leah didn’t want to sell anything that might promote Scientology. According to my source, she took a hammer to it, smashed it in pieces and tossed it right in the trash.

Celine Dion made headlines with her sit down interview with NBC’s Hoda Kotb where she revealed intimate and painful details about her battle with Stiff Person Syndrome. Here’s what we know. The interview was Celine’s way of testing the water to see the public interest and reaction and it was SO positive that she’s forging ahead with plans to star in a reality show. The details are still being worked out, but it’s likely to appear on Bravo.

We continue to get updates on Leah Remini’s attempt to sell her Studio City, California home. After a number sales fell out of escrow, we are happy to share that Leah finally accepted a close-to-asking offer on her property. The buyers seemingly don’t have any connection to Scientology, so Leah is confident that this time the sale will go through.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s baby storyline was featured in this week’s episode of their Hulu series, The Kardashians. Here’s a tidbit you won’t see on the show. After a difficult pregnancy with their infant son, Rocky, Travis and Kourtney are secretly turning to surrogacy in hopes of having a daughter. It’s hush hush, but my source says the second baby could already be on the way!

Donald Trump continues to make headlines- most recently because a producer on his former show, The Apprentice, revealed that during season one, Donald dropped the N-word about finalist, Kwame Jackson. Here’s what I just heard… there’s top secret speculation that the incident was caught on tape, but the only way it could be released is if there was a legal court order. This is where it gets juicy – behind closed doors some are encouraging Kwame to SUE for discrimination, and if the tape is located, a judge could decide whether or not to make it public.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marital status continues to dominate the news cycle. One minute they’re wearing their wedding rings, and the next they’re not. In addition to our previous updates we just heard this: Jennifer’s mom, Guadalupe Rodriguez, is acting as Jennifer’s marriage counselor and SHE was the one who persuaded J.Lo to cancel her summer tour to focus on her marriage. Guadalupe and Ben share a special connection (they bonded over their love of gambling!) so even when Jen isn’t around Guadalupe and Ben have been spending time together. As my source puts it, if anyone can save this marriage it’s Guadalupe.

Kate Middleton continues to be MIA, and her absence this week at the 80th celebration for D-Day in France was just the latest since her health battle began. Here’s what we know. Kate isn’t out of the woods yet, but she’s on her way to recovery. Although her stamina is improving she’s been advised by her doctors to avoid all public gatherings since her immune system is compromised while she undergoes treatment. Once her treatment concludes, she’s vowing to make up for lost time and resume her duties.

We’ve continued to update you on the trials and tribulations Leah Remini has been dealing with as she struggles to unload her Studio City, California home. We recently heard this tidbit. Leah just replaced her former realtors at Compass with Josh and Matt Altman, better known as the Altman Brothers. My source says the brothers have vowed to get to the bottom of it, and find out if Leah’s former associates in Scientology are behind the issues she’s been experiencing.

Melania Trump just dropped this bombshell on her husband Donald: If he recaptures the White House he shouldn’t expect her to join him in relocating to Washington DC. Win or lose, Melania’s plan is to divide her time between New York City and Palm Beach. She doesn’t have much interest in life in DC, especially now that her son Barron will be off at college. As my source puts it, the last thing she wants to do is be trapped in the White House with her husband and not her son.

Jennifer Lopez dominated the headlines this week after canceling her concert tour and vowing to spend more time with her family. As we previously reported J.Lo’s priority is to save her marriage to Ben Affleck. We just heard this update. Jen and Ben are planning a family vacation combining all of their kids, as soon as Ben wraps up his currently filming movie, a sequel to his successful 2016 film, The Accountant. My source says it will be a make or break vacation and will likely determine if they stay together.

And finally, last week we told you that Jean Smart’s MAX series, Hacks, was being renewed for season four. Soon after other outlets picked up our scoop and the streaming giant confirmed it. Here’s an update: Jean is hoping to reunite with her former Designing Women costar, Annie Potts next season. A role for Annie is currently being written, but Jean doesn’t want to jump the shark and make it a cliche. She has wanted to reunite with Annie for the longest time, so the writers are working overtime coming up with something worthy.

ARE SCIENTOLOGISTS MESSING WITH LEAH REMINI AGAIN?

We previously told you that Leah Remini was having a hard time unloading her Studio City home (which has been on the market for over a year) and that she SUSPECTS her former friends at Scientology are somehow involved. To refresh your memory, Leah keeps getting offers and entered escrow several times, but for one reason or another, the buyers backed out. Here’s an interesting update. Our well placed real estate source told me the home recently fell out of escrow yet AGAIN, so this time around Leah hired a private investigator to see if her hunch is correct. If she gets the proof that Scientology is behind these antics, my source says Leah will sue for damages. We’d like to see her WIN bigtime…

Leah Remini left Scientology, but has Scientology left her? Leah has been trying to unload her Studio City home since last year, and although she reduced the price and has had accepted offers she hasn’t had much luck closing the deal. Leah’s been in and out of escrow several times, but none of the buyers came up with the funding. While she has no proof, she’s griping to pals that she fears Scientology is somehow behind all of these false sales. Leah thinks it’s odd that there have been so many offers, but none of them have been able to follow through on the purchase. THAT’S why she suspects Scientology is doing this to torment her.
