Ryan Gosling has made it clear that he loves his dog George and takes him almost everywhere he goes. He proved himself a TRUE animal lover by writing an editorial in the Globe and Mail newspaper in Canada appealing to the pork industry to improve the treatment of animals in the food supply. Ryan objects to the inhumane practice of keeping pigs in cramped gestation boxes for much of their short lives. It’s nice to see an actor using his power for a good reason. No but a proofreader would be nice.
Ned? Who’s ned?
should I be sorry if I dont see the appeal of this guy, nor his talent?
Who proofreads this stuff, anyway? They need a refresher course.
I gave up veal 40 years ago for the same reason and now pork. Yikes. Not ready to become vegan but there is no excuse for not treating animals humanely. Maybe PETA can get on the pork producers asses.
Yeah, put PETA on the case. That’s the ticket. NOT.
oh bullshit.
a true “animal lover” would not ask to improve conditions of animals in cages before they are terrorized and murdered. they would ask that no one EAT animals. isn’t murder more inhumane than cramped conditions and worse?? YEAH.
Solution: don’t eat pork, or better yet, don’t eat meat at all.
he will be never on screen again?
PETA is comprised of extremists.
Gosling = baby goose.
There is NO such thing as human treatment of animals in food production! They are all eventually killed in the most brutal ways after living their entire life suffering.
59 BILLION animals are killed every year for “food”. It is the number one cause of global warming and is killing the planet.
